A Surprising Guest

Maria and Yuki continued to eavesdrop just outside the don meeting on the upper deck.

"It seems that Ishikawa is trying his best to make sure that they don't know about his involvement within Fuyu." Maria said.

"So even they suspect Ishikawa of doing things in Fuyu." Yuki said.

"You're really gonna sit there and lie to all of us! We're the seven crime families for a reason, we should all know if this bullshit in Fuyu is on you or not?!" Ruko shouted at Ishikawa. 

If there was anything he hated the most, it was a liar. Ishikawa didn't really help his case by easily making Ruko's shit list for the time being.

"I agree with Don Ruko, it does seem quite unrealistic that you don't know a thing about this mess in Fuyu, your hometown." Kemono said. 

She didn't really care about any of this, to begin with, but it's common sense to realize that Ishikawa is lying through his teeth.

"Yeah, Ishikawa, we ain't gonna kill ya if you are!" Ruko said, he couldn't be any less conspicuous when threatening someone.

"Hey, you better watch who you talking to like that!" Kugo shouted at Ruko.

"What you say to me you punk!" Ruko shouted back as his hand began to prepare for an altercation. 

Ruko's hand has a blonde flat top hairstyle and he is dressed in a lot of religious symbols and black clothing. His appearance alone was intimidating, he looked more like a professional wrestler than a made man.

"Shall I dispose of him sir?" the hand nonchalantly asked Ruko.

"What?! You wanna go with me?!" Kugo shouted at Ruko's hand.

"Kugo, enough..." Ishikawa said.

"Pop, we can't keep tellin em that we ain't involved if they're not listening!" Kugo said.

"It's ok son, they don't have to believe us." Ishikawa said.

"You being involved isn't the issue here though, Don Ishikawa, the issue here is that you say you have no knowledge of something like this... What was it again?" Westman said.

"It was an assassination attempt on the princess of Fuyu, a royal." Charles answered.

"That. A Royal family member. You're telling me you don't even have the slightest clue of who is at least involved in this attempt." Westman finished.

"Especially if it is a royal, do you know how much trouble this can cause for the Seven, Don Ishikawa?" Kemono added.

"I am aware. If I knew someone who was involved, I'd be more than willing to tell all of you." Ishikawa said.

"Yeah, and like we all said already, we ain't know shit about this mess! You seen it on the news too. Fuyu news reported that they had already captured the man behind this mess." Kugo said.

"The news? You expect me to believe that the news has more truth than the underground? Especially in Fuyu, your hometown?" Kemono said, clearly Kugo wasn't the brightest man in the room.

This is getting me irritated... We're sitting here bickering back and forth, it would be so much easier if I could just send my hand across the room and snatch Ishikawa's spine out of his goddamn neck..., Don Dokkagan thought. 

She was a beautiful don as well, but by appearances alone, you can tell she was involved with the mob. She wore an emerald green dress and her hair was in a bun and drenched in purple along with her eyes that carried the same shade.

"Sit down son, you're embarrassing me right now." Ishikawa said.

"Pop? I'm tryin to defend ya here..." Kugo said.

"Sit down. Don't make me ask again." Ishikawa said, which brought an irritated expression on Kugo's face as he sat down.

"What a dumbass, he actually is a hand too, that's the shocking part..." Vito thought.

"What did they report on the Fuyu news, Osiris?" White asked his hand. 

His hand's name is Osiris, and he is wearing a fur with a suit and tie underneath much like his boss as well as a red durag over his head.

"Well, it was reported that one individual was captured and believed to be involved with the assassination attempt while the other was killed. There were no names released though, just two military-aged males." Osiris said.

"See! That tells us shit! Hell, at least the news is telling us more than what Don Ishikawa is saying!" Ruko shouted.

"I agree. Even more surprising is that we'd expect you to know more than this news report, Don Ishikawa, after all this is your city." Westman added.

"No matter how many times you sit here and interrogate me, hell even insult me, I'm telling you the truth. I can guarantee you all that I am trying my best to get to the bottom of this, but as of now I know as much as you do." Ishikawa said.

"Well, if you're not involved then that's that. We have nothing more to discuss here." White said, clearly he got tired of continuing this meaningless bickering.

"Dammit Frank! We all know he's involved, we're not dumb asses!" Ruko shouted.

"Enough. This isn't getting us nowhere but making adults look like children at the playground." Dokkagan said, this was her first words since the meeting started.

"I agree. We just have to stick with Ishikawa's word for now." Charles said.

See, I knew they wouldn't do anything, after all, I'm Goketsu Ishikawa, they can't touch me..., Ishikawa thought as all this interrogation went nowhere for them.

"But, If we somehow find out that you were involved with this, Goketsu, and you sat here and lied to us... We'll have to remove your family from the seven!" Charles said with dominance.

"I'm good with that!" Ruko added.

"Don't you think that's a bit unreasonable, Charles?" Ishikawa asked.

"No, if you aren't lying, you have nothing to lose." Charles said.

Bastard thinks he can actually outwit my pops..., Vito thought as he watched Ishikawa try to do just that.

Pops is the goddamn king of chess, meanwhile this piece of shits still stuck at the checkers table..., Vito thought.

"Everyone in favor of this decision, say aye." Charles said.

"Aye." They all said in unison.

"It seems like that is settled then..." Charles said. 

Ruko's hand's name is Ansel, and if it wasn't obvious, he was very religious. He didn't pay much attention to this vote as protection of his don was more important than these words. He heard a crack from within the ceiling, which resulted in his mind bubbling with thoughts of omnipresence.

Hm... This boat is cursed by the gods... Couldn't we just meet at a better location like Sir Ruko's mansion..., Ansel thought. 

Then suddenly something comes crashing through the ceiling and this shocks everyone within the room, even Yuki and Maria are shocked as they were prying into the room by the windows placed on the double doors. 

It was none other than Ichi in a sleek diving suit and he pointed a gun with a silencer straight at Charles.

"What the hell is he doing here?!?!" Yuki thought in shock.
