Sleep. That's all I was thinking about. It was so peaceful. It's the time when you know you're going to have to get up soon, but you just want to treasure that last few minutes of sleep you get before that moment.

It's almost like some kind of code, that I wake up and chat with someone before I go off to socialize with the others, trying ignore the killing game thing. My question was, who would I chat with today? Who was going to interrupt my sleep so we could talk about some random thing?

"Hello? Is anyone inside?" A voice asked me, quietly.

Instead of responding I just got out of bed and went to the door. When I opened it, I surprised to see the person waiting for me.

"Nona?" I questioned in confusion. That was the last person I would have expected to talk to me first today.

"Could do me a favor, Saoirse?" She asked me, looking a be it scared. I don't know if she was scared of talking to me or just me in general.

I guess I can be a little scary. Sometimes I say things weird because I'm not sure how to say what I need to say.

"Sure," I agreed. Then I realized I didn't know what the favor was. "What do you want me to do?"

"Just tell Nash I'm going to be at the gift shop with Pix and Hana, and I won't be at the Island Restaurant during the morning announcements." She told me. Then she quickly added on to it. "Also, tell him to leave me alone. I don't want him to interrupt my time with Hana and Pix..."

"Uh, okay," I said, a little confused. "Why did you come to me of all people?" I curiously questioned her.

"None of the other girls were in their beach houses," She replied.

"Why not ask one of the guys? Or Amari?" I asked wondering if I was the last person to wake up.

"I don't really like talking to guys other than Nash," She explained to me. "I just prefer talking with girls."

"What about Amari?" I remembered that they were also an option.

"I haven't talked to them at all. It would be weird if I suddenly woke them up and asked them to tell Nash I didn't want him to bother me," She explained. "So I came to you."

"Alright. I get it." I nodded. "I'll tell him when I see him at the Island Restaurant."

"Thank you," Nona thanked me, before leaving to go to the gift shop.

Once Nona was gone, I went back inside my beach house and changed into a cleaner pair of clothes that I didn't sleep in. After doing so, I made my way to the Island Restaurant.

A lot of people weren't there today. I don't know why. Maybe they just weren't felling up to getting out of bed earlier than 7 am. If that's the case, I get that. Getting up in the morning is really hard.

"Saoirse," Someone said my name. I turned to see Esprit. He looked like he wanted to say something to me. "May I take up a moment of your time?" He asked me.

"Uh, sure?" I answered, slightly confused as to why he used such an fancy way of greeting me.

There was a pause. The knife thrower was gathering his thoughts and thinking very carefully about how he wanted to word his sentences.
