Clem's POV:

I laid on the floor next to the door, checking if whoever was guarding me was still there. They were. I got up and slowly slid down the the nearest wall. It had only been a couple of hours but I couldn't help but worry about Carl, I hadn't forgotten what he had done to me. I understood why he did what he did but it still hurt. The fact that we nearly escaped angered me, I just wanted that asshole Arvo dead. Who knows how many of my friends he could of already killed. Jane, Daryl, Mika, Glenn, Maggie...

"Maggie..."

The thought of her reminded me of Beth and how I didn't do anything to save her. I could of just attacked Arvo right there and taken his gun away from him and shoot him right there. But I didn't. I just stood there. I don't understand what happened to me, to make me lose the way I use to be. The way that kept my friends alive...

Suddenly the door of the room opened and in stepped in a slightly familiar face I had briefly met. He stood there and slightly smiled in a friendly way, much like how Josh did. I smiled back, slightly puzzled and titled my head.

"I'm Luke. Arvo introduced me that time you sat with us at the table." He said.

"Oh yeah, right."

"You we're Josh's friend right?"

"Yeah..." I said looking down at the floor.

"He saved you..."

"I know..."

"And you did nothing to help him. Just stood there with your stupid boyfriend!" He laughed sarcastically and in anger.

"I'm sorry okay! I'm fucking sorry! I lost my friend too..." I sniffled.

"Big whoop! I lost my fucking brother!" He shouted.

"...What?"

"Josh... He was my brother. What ever here's your fucking water!" He said throwing a bottle of water on to the ground, hitting my foot as he left the room, slamming the door behind him.

"I'M SORRY!" I shouted towards the closed door.

But he didn't reply. I sat down on the floor again not even flinching at the coldness of the floor. Everything was shit. I just wanted everything to be how it was before. I just wanted to back at home, in my stupid treehouse. Having my dad walkie-talking to me, telling me to come inside to have dinner. I'd do anything to be back at home, snuggled up on the couch in between my parents. I'd do anything just to spend a short moment with everyone. A few minutes later the door of my cell opened, because I was facing the opposite way, I assumed it was Luke again.

"Luke I'm sorry..." I said.

"Hello pet."

I flinched at the sound of the horribly familiar voice. I turned around to see who I expected and of course I was right. It was Arvo.

"Missed me?"

"No."

"I brought someone to see you." He laughed.

"Carl." He called.

And then I saw Carl walk in he looked completely unharmed and it confused me. He looked at me but his face was emotionless until he realised it was me. He took a step forward and then stopped suddenly as if he was hesitating.

"Ca-"

Before I could say something, Carl grabbed me and slammed me in to the nearest wall and began to strangle me. I stared him in the eyes, wondering if he was pretending but I saw nothing and his force was much more rougher than last time. As the air was being stolen from my lungs and I felt as though, this was the end. He let go of me and allowed me to fall hard on to the floor. He stood towering over as I gasped for air. He picked his gun out of his holster and held to my head. Tears streamed down my face while I begged him to stop.
