        [Babe have you found Keelan yet?]

        It took Riles a while to answer; I was worried about Keelan and the whole V person situation.

        [No I haven't. Something happened and they're gone.]

        Chocking on my breath; I coughed gaining the attention of the whole class. "I was breathing wrong and choked on it." The teacher raised an eyebrow in question, but didn't say anything and continued with teaching.

        [What do you mean they're gone?!]

        The bell rang at that moment; I was never more relieved to leave the classroom.

        [There are signs of a struggle inside the house, and traces of a fight.]

        I snarled as I smelled a scent that made my anger boil red hot.

        [Babe? What's wrong?]

        Riles sounded truly worried.

        [It's Dillan, he's here.]

        I cut off whatever Riles was planning on saying as I marched right up to the intimidating guy. "What the hell did you do to him?"

        I snarled getting up close in his face. "Where the hell is Keelan you freak?" I grabbed him by his coat as I shook him back and forth. "I know you have something to do with him disappearing."

        That seemed to snap him out of his humoured state "What?!" I scoffed as I let him go, taking several steps back. "Like you don't know!"

        I glanced around seeing several people looking at us. Not smart if I want to shift to make it home. "Look, this wouldn't have happened if you weren't so hung up about Vincent. He's probably the one who took Keelan and his family." I turn around walking away, looking for the best way to get home fast.

        "Archie, what's going on? What do you mean Keelan is gone? Who is Vincent?"

        Turning my head slightly to the side I see one of Keelan's jock friends walk up to me. "And what does he have to do with it?" He pointed to Dillan who is still rooted to the spot I left him in. I sighed as the determination on his face told me all I needed to know. He won't leave me alone until he knows everything.

        "It's just that Riley called me when he was supposed to pick up Keelan to go to school he wasn't there. So he went inside and the whole house was a mess; tables turned, broken glass, upturned furniture, destroyed curtains. The whole shebang."

        I cut him off before he could say anything "I am going there now and find out what's going on." Turning on my heel I stop as I felt a hand on my shoulder.

        "I am coming with you." I sigh as I look at the jock, "Look, I understand you're worried about him but you can't come. You'll be more of a distraction than helpful. Besides, I don't think you'll be welcome. At least not right now."

        Now the jock was glaring at me, "And why not? This is a free country, I can go where-ever I want."

        I rolled my eyes "Except the Pack Lands." I deadpanned.

        He looked shocked "Yes, Keelan lives in the Pack Lands now."

        [Babe, I am coming home right now]
