"Okay I have a question."

Laura and I were lying on the floor of the library. I know it's a random place to be lying down but we figured it would at least be quite here. We had no where else that was available so the library was an obvious choice. As for the lying down part, well I thought it would be a bit more fun this way.

"Lets here it then." I whisper back to her.

I say goodbye to my friends and I'm about to walk off to my next class when I see this girl who looks lost. Usually I would just walk off if I didn't have the time to stop and talk, and I'm about to but I can't seem to bring myself to actually move my legs. If you go over there you will be late I remind myself. I'm about to walk off again then I look at her and she looked so lost and worried. You know what happens if you're late and the first day is no exception. You learnt that the hard way. I try to convince myself to just go to class but nothing was changing me going over there.

"Damn it." I mutter under my breath as I walk over to this girl.

"Excuse me but you look a little lost."

I saw Laura walk through the doors of the library and I felt this sudden relief that she was here. I saw her look around for me with that same lost face I saw on the first day of school. She eventually saw me and she smiled walking over to me.

"You actually came." I say trying to hide the smile on my face.

Happy was an understatement on how I felt.

"Of course I did. After you kidnapped me during class how could I not come?" She joked.

"I was afraid I wouldn't see you again." I tell her.

I think I saw her face flush but I could be wrong.

"How did you know what class I was in anyway? I don't remember telling you." She questions me.

"Are you sure?" I ask back.

"I'm almost certain." She replies. I could tell she was thinking back to last Thursday.

"Well almost just won't do I'm afraid."

Laura never told me what classes she had. I found out another way.

"Laura!" Some random girl called out.

The girl in front of me turned around to look. Her name must be Laura.

"She's in my class. I can take it from here, but thank you anyway."

Laura, apparently, then walks off quickly.

I"m about to walk away myself when I see something on the floor right next to where Laura was standing. It's a book, who drops a notebook and doesn't notice? I look inside to see if I find a name or some indication on who this book belongs to. I open it and I do find a name inside, Laura.

"Do you ever wan.." We heard a voice cut Laura off.

"Excuse me, what do you think you're doing?"

We looked at each other and then slowly up towards the voice.

"On three run, okay?" I mumble to Laura.

I flick my eyes over to her for a second and see her nod.

"One, two.."

"Well?" The librarian asked.
