As the alarm clock went off Taehyung laid in bed starting at the ceiling. It didn't matter how many breathing exercises he did or how many times he told himself everything would be ok. He was having a panic attack! Meeting Seokjin's family wasn't really his stress, it was more of him being the only poor person walking in there. He was more than confident everyone knew about his social status.

He slapped his forehead.

"Get it together, stop spooking yourself out."

The buzzing from his cell phone took him away from his thoughts. He rolled on his side and opened the text message

Jin: hey love, I'll see you at four. I can't wait to see you 😊

: can't wait to see you more 😍😍❤️

Jin: 🥰🥰🥰😘

A smile plastered on his face. The school year was officially over and he was summer free to hang out with Seokjin and his friends. His phone went off again.

Yoon Hyung: hey lil bro! Can't wait to see you later, we're definitely getting you shit faced! 😝🤟🏻

: 😅😅😅 that makes me scared

Yoon Hyung: Bro trust me

: 😱😰😯 now I'm even more scared

Yoon Hyung: 🤣🤣🤣

It did make him feel better to know Hoseok was coming too at least he had more people who knew him and liked him.

Haemi burst through the door, scaring the life out of him.

"Oppa are you ready for today?! I'm so excited! I wanna go!" She sobbed.

"As much as you drive me crazy I won't lie, I wish you could go too." He sighed.

Why did he agree to this again? He wanted to fade away. Yep, the anxiety was kicking into him again. Putting his head under the cover and pretending he was somewhere else, sounded so good right now.

"You'll be fine Oppa, who cares if you're the only poor person there. It's not like you haven't dealt with this before...you're the poorest person at your uni too." She smiled.

Taehyung slowly pulled the covers from his head.

"You're not helping."

"Truth is the truth." She laughed running out of the room.

"Pain in the butt," He mumbled and ruffled his hair standing up to stretch. He walked over to his closet staring at the outfit Chunja got him. She insisted even though he declined, telling him if he was going to come to the party he had to come in style. That part he knew was true but it was still embarrassing. Chunja and Eui took him to some high end store, it took two hours but they found the right outfit for him.

He unzipped the garment bag revealing white designer fitted jeans and a short sleeve pale yellow button up shirt with matching yellow and white sneakers.

He remembered how his mom and sister went crazy seeing the outfit. Still wearing the outfit made him hesitant but since Chunja and Eui went out of their way to get it, he had no choice but to wear it.

"You should dye your hair." Haemi said, sticking her head in the doorway.

"Dye my hair?"

She nodded. "Let's give them a shock."

"Do you have hair dye?"

"Do I? Of course! Trust me, I'll hook your hair up nicely!"

"You saying trust you, scares me."
