I laid on my bed tapping the headboard. I tried listening closely, to hear Kaycee's pencil move, but I couldn't. I tried to listen to her switching her pencil for a brush, I couldn't. I tried to listen for her breath, I couldn't. I stood up, but couldn't walk. I pounded on what was holding me back, nothing happened.
"KAYCEE, KAYCEE HELP ME." I screamed. I heared squealing. Like a child, squealing as if something wonderful had happened. Suddenly, a young girl emerged from my doorway. She had straight black hair, put in a half up half down look. Her eyes were brown, full of hatred. I frowned at that. Her smile was so large but her eyes were so angry. I stared at her bewildered. That's when she finally looked at me, right in the eyes.
"Recognize me sister?" She asked. My eyes started to widen. There was no way, I only met Kaycee once she was seven, but this couldn't be her before. What was going on?
"You can't be Kaycee, " I stated. "There's no way." That's when she turned around and looked to the side. A vision appeared of myself getting hit by a car. I heard a scream and flinched. That's when the girl started to laugh. I knew right then it was Kaycee.
"Kayce how is this happening? What's going on?" I asked absolutley terrified. She stopped smiling and pulled something out of of her jacket while I finally noticed her oufit. A sleeveless purple dress with a bow at the top. She was wearing some jacket, except I saw something shiny. I squinted to see what it was and for the second time, a blood curling scream was heard. Kaycee, or whatever that child was, had pierced me with a plate in my leg. I fell to the floor, slumping on the cage which contained me.
"I'll see you one day sister, if we're even sisters again." She said while leaving the room. I started to cry but no tears came out.
"Hi Jasia!" Alana said. I started to quiver. Where did she come from?
"That's not my name." I whispered. She frowned slightly.
"Sorry Jenna," she tried again. I stared at her.
"That's not my name either." I said louder. She started to frown even more.
"Sophia?"
"No."
"Mollie?"
"No."
"Vrivianne?"
"No."
"Nika?"
"NO." I finally yelled. She stared at me and suddenly something clicked in her mind.
"Who are you?" She asked. I started to quiver really badly then.
"I'm Josie," I whispered. "Your Kidz Bop teammate, the lead singer of Truth Hurts. Your friend." She stared at me quizzingly, as if she rally didn't know who I was. I closed my eyes but when I opened them, Alana was gone. Instead Ayden was dancing.
"Josie, come dance with me." I smiled and tried to get up. I couldn't.
"Ayden help me, I can't get up." He kept dancing.
"Ayden come on, help me." He kept dancing.
"Ayden, this isn't funny. Help me up, I wan't to dance." He kept dancing. I only knew one person who would help me.
"KAYCEE HELP ME KAYCEE HELP. " I screamed at the top of my lungs. I felt someone shaking me.
"Josie wake up, it's just a nightmare. Josie come on, wake up." Kaycee said while shaking me. I bolted up into her arms and started crying. As I recounted the events for her, Kaycee sighed deeply. She held my hand
"They'll never forget you Josie, we'll get you dancing in no time." I nodded my head.
"Love you?" I asked."Love you." She affirmed.
