Chapter Four
"She just wants to be in our pack for Scott's protection." I explained to Stiles as we're in a quiet room together, while everyone else is actually studying in the library. "I mean, who does she think she is just walking in Beacon Hills and thinking she can easily get into this pack? You remember how much shit she caused, right?"
"Yeah, no, I agree with you." Stiles nods. "All though, we don't really know anything about Athena. Which is another reason why we should not trust her, by the way, because she could stab us in the back like Theo can."
I nod my head in agreement. "The others are going to think we're crazy, you know that, right?"
He locks eyes with me, shrugging his shoulders. "I don't care, because I'm right. I was right about the Matt thing, I was right about Peter, okay? I'm right about everything."
"Woah, slow down," I chuckled. "Don't wanna boost someone's ego."
"I don't have an ego." He rolled his eyes.
"And, Theo... He got bit in a skatepark?" I frowned. "At night?"
"I can't believe Scott actually believes he might be one of the goods guys," he huffed and played with my hands, thinking. Then his eyes met mine and they sparkled, like he came up with a brilliant plan. "I have a plan, and I need you to do it otherwise it won't work."
"Well, what is it?" I questioned, eager to know what his brilliant plan is.
He smirked. "We're going to break into the Administration Office."
--
"So you guys' found something?" I was smiling widely at Scott as I stood in front of him with Stiles, we're in the library now after finding an amazing discovery.
"Another signature." Stiles proudly announced, putting two papers down on the table. "This is Theo's Dad's signature on a speeding ticket from eight years ago. And this is his Dad's signature on a transfer form to Beacon Hills High School just a few days ago."
Kira looked up at us, frowning. "How did you get his transfer form?"
"Did you guys' break into the Administration Office?" Scott questioned, raising an eyebrow.
"No I did not break into the Administration Office." Stiles quickly denied and looked over my way. I shoot him a glare, oh no you don't. "Addie did."
"Can we just focus on the signatures, please?" I quickly said, putting them side by side. "They're different."
Kira leaned forward while the others simply looked. "They're sort of different." Malia comments.
"They're completely different," I groaned. "Come on, look. The garlands don't match, the undulations of the stroke are totally off. And look, look at this. Perfect example of the Criminal Tremor."
"So now, Theo is Theo, but his parents aren't his parents?" Kira questioned.
"Someone not someone." Stiles begun. "And when Addison and I find out who that someone really is, someone's in big trouble."
"But no one's done anything wrong," Scott spoke, confusion written all over his face.
I sighed and rolled my eyes. "Yet. If Theo's parents are both psychotic killers then obviously, we should not trust him, right?"
"My parents are Peter and the Desert Wolf." Malia bluntly points out, I pressed my lips together. Wow, okay, I almost forgot about that.
