CHAPTER - 43

Next day after completing their shifts girls meet at entrance of hospital.

Pihu:-"Hi girls."

Adhya:-"Hey, how was the your day?"

Ruhi:-"Nice, why haven't you guys gone home till now, it's past shift time."

Inaaya:-"Work bro."

Adhya:-"Inuu drop me at my place naa, I haven't got my car."

Inaaya:-"Sorry yaar Adhya I can't, I have to go to meet Arnav now."

Adhya:-"No problem, I will book cab and leave."

Ruhi:-"Are you planning to tell Arnav about that chip?"

Inaaya:-"No yaar, let's just leave things as it is, I don't want to complicate it more."

Pihu:-"Whatever you don't let it affect your relation."

Inaaya:-"I won't, anyways I am leaving I'm getting late."

Ruhi:-"Ohk, you leave we will wait till Adhya books her cab."

Inaaya:-"Ohk, then bye."

Inaaya leaves from there. After some time cab arrives and Adhya leaves and Ruhi and Pihu walk back.

Arnav's office

Arnav is engrosses in his work when someone knocks his cabin.

Arnav:-(looking up from his laptop screen)  "Hi Prithvi, you here?"

Prithvi:-"Hii did I disturb you?"

Arnav:-"No you didn't." (calling his sceretary to get coffee for them)

Prithvi:-"I just had to say something."

Arnav:-(concerned) "All okay?"

When Prithvi was about to answer Arnav phone rings he excuses telling that its important, by then coffee arrives, Prithvi takes his cup and walks up to window. Arnav joins him after finishing his call.

Arnav:-"So you wanted to say something?"

Prithvi:-"Inspector called me today morning, he actually said something which is quite shocking."

Arnav:-"What did he say?"

Prithvi:-"Someone had come today morning at port it seems and met one me member from port and the member whom he met was also involved in raid according to them, but since they didn't have enough evidence he couldn't arrest them."

Arnav:-"But how is that related to us?"

Prithvi:-"When both of them were talking so he overheard there convo, who happens to be one our informer. He was enquirying about raid what had happened that day."

Arnav:-"So, whom do you think that person can be?"

Prithvi:-"He is not from press for sure, because the person who has to come to meet him was accusing the port member of backstabbing him. In case he would have been  press then why would he argue?"

Arnav:-"Are you trying to say that real culprit has not been caught?"

Prithvi:-"Maybe we cannot say anything now, but chances of what you said maybe true are really high."

Arnav:-"Then what did the inspector say about it?"

Prithvi:-"He said that he will try and get info about who he is. He had come in car and that was seen in CCTV footage but face was not seen."

Prithvi shows Arnav that CCTV footage.

Arnav:-"Send this to me also, I will try to get info about this from a private investigator."
