Persephone looked over the fires and the black river of loss. Her home. The home she chose. Her husband slipped his hands around her waist and kissed her cheek tenderly. "My love. His black robes flowing and fluttering around him. She kissed him, "No one can keep me away. Not my mother nor my father" Thanatos and Hermes fluttered down from over the river.
