The signal light to the left flickers as the SUV car slows down at the junction. After making sure that the road is clear, Khaiser turns and continues driving. That was the last junction before he and his family arrive at their destination, his grandparent's house. His parents are still talking about the party for the holiday celebration. Lucky for him, they are both sitting in the middle seats. The seat next to him is empty and he can drive calmly without any pressure. As for his sisters, they are already sleeping in the backseats for quite a while. None of the family members says anything as they are all aware of this particular habit of theirs since they often fall asleep in the car whenever they hit the road. Besides, it is already nighttime.

After driving for about 5 minutes, the dim shine of lights from his grandparent's house greets his eyes. They become brighter as Khaiser drives further. Eventually, the full figure of the house standing proudly fills his sight. He slows down and enters the house yard. As the car moves slowly, he straightens up his back and looks around, searching for the best spot to park. The house yard is empty. No other cars can be seen except for his grandfather's car, which indicates that his uncles and aunts are probably not arrived yet. It is not really an issue since they still have two days before the party.

"You can park next to grandpa's car." Khaiser startles a bit when his father suddenly talks to him. He did not expect it at all since Lukas just talks to his wife the whole time. He just follows his father's suggestion without saying a word.

As soon as Khaiser parks the car, both Lukas and Nadya pull the door open on both sides and get out of the car. Khaiser did not even turn off the engine yet. Both of them bring their steps to the back of the car. Not long after that, the sound of the car boot being opened can be heard. The twin sisters automatically woke up when the car entered the house yard earlier. But they are still woozy.

Khaiser turns off the engine and relaxes a bit. After taking a breath or two, he follows his parents' steps, gets out of the car and heads to the car boot. He has no intention of staying longer in the car as the night is getting quieter, especially on the outside. Lukas and Nadya are still at the back of the car, but they are already taking their stuff and ready to leave.

"Can you bring those into the house?" Lukas points to a few other stuff in the boot. Khaiser brings his sight to the pointed direction. There are a few bags stacked on each other, but just a few. They do not seem to be so heavy either. Khaiser believes that the three of them are more than enough to carry all of them. He lets out a soft grunt.

Understands the answer given by his son, Lukas walks away to the front door with his wife. Khaiser grabs his backpack and waits for his sisters. Like a zombie, they are walking toward him, showing the level of sleepiness and tiredness they have to endure.

"Mari, can you carry my stuff too? Please..." Julianne begs softly with a cracking voice.

"Do it yourself. Don't be such a baby." Marianne refuses. She grabs her backpack and hangs it on her shoulder.

"Can't you be a little bit nicer with your little sister?" Julianne pouts. She also grabs her bag, knowing that continuing begging to her sister is futile and a waste of time.

"You were just 2 minutes late."

"I don't want to interfere with your sister bonding time. But can you please be quick? It's getting late." Khaiser interrupts with a soft voice. No anger or annoyed tone can be heard in his voice. Both Marianne and Julianne look at him for a moment before grabbing a few shopping bags. None of them is saying anything, probably due to the embarrassment of their childish acts. He takes out the only remaining bags left, leaving the car boot empty before closing it. Since he is still holding the key, he locks the car before following his sisters to the front door.
