When i woke up, i was in a unfamiliar place. Where was i? How'd i get here? These thoughts rushed through my mind as i sat up, before remembering what had happened. I found the shed behind a house and slept in it the night before.

I sighed as I realized my foolishness. I slowly got up, careful not to break anything. I wouldn't want to destroy anything of this person's stuff, especially after i slept here. They didn't know, but it was best they never found out.

I looked out the small window in the door, gazing around curiously. I froze, when I noticed some humans lounging on some chairs on their back porch of the house. If I walked out now, they'd freak out and alert the whole city that i was here.

What do i do? Thoughts rushed through my mind as i started to feel stressed out. I tried taking a few breaths, and think straight. I looked back through the window and sighed. I'd probably have to leave once the humans go back inside or something.

I just sat back down, and leaned against the door. But it made a slight creak, making me fall backwards. What?! I had forgotten to properly close the door so it hadn't shut all the way. I rolled out and flopped onto the floor on my back with a groan of frustration.

I heard shocked gasps and fast heart beats as the humans on their deck as they saw me and where I came out from. There were four of them, which I presumed was father, mother, daughter, and son. The children screamed as they saw me, and the father started to yell angerly in hopes of scaring me away.

I quickly stood up and ran away into the forest behind the house. It was a small forest, much much smaller then his. He ran behind the houses, getting further and further away from the humans, which he could still hear frantically yelling from the distance.

*i know there gonna be alert for me now... just great* I thought as i shook my head in frustration as I continued to run. Minutes continued to pass, as i soon came to a part where I couldn't run anymore. I was now at the edge of the small forestry park, and near the road which lead into buildings and shops or stores.

I stared in amazement from behind a tree, also watching pedestrians walk by on the sidewalk. I was glad no one had yet spotted me, as I continued to look around.

After a while I snapped out of it, realizing I was standing there for a while. I looked up at the buildings, seeing tall ones too, maybe even taller then trees! I wonder if I climbed up that, i could see the entire world!

I felt giddy as my eyes glowed in excitement, and I looked around for any openings to get to the buildings. I thought and waited for a moment, before dashing through the sidewalk and onto the street full of cars. I dodged a few while getting honked at profusely, but one car i jumped over since it was in my way.

I finally reached the end of the street and ran into a alley way. I quickly hopped onto a dumpster before digging my claws and hooves into the wall of a brick building surrounding the alleys. I finally climbed to the top of the building, standing on the roof.

It was odd, standing in something high up that wasn't a tree. It felt... cool. Finally i was in a city. I could explore all i wanted. The bad part was, i had no friends and I'd be singled out immediately and probably killed right on the spot by hunters. Especially for what i was.

I shook my head, trying to clear my thoughts. First things first, I'd have to get to the tall building in the distance. Gotta set my mind on what i can do first then what might've happen instead.

I quickly ran along the long roof, before stopping as i reached the edge. It was a long jump to the next building, but i knew i could make it.

I backed up a bit, before taking a running leap and jumping across. I landed swiftly, before running on all fours as I continued to run and jump across the buildings. The wind rushed through my fur and mane, making me feel happy.

Soon i reached larger buildings, and managed to climb those ones too. Rising higher and higher as the buildings got larger and deeper into the city, i was soon next to the tallest building in here. It was definitely high up, and unfortunately it looked like the whole thing was just glass. It would be difficult to climb if glass kept shattering.

I sighed and made up my mind as i backed up, before leaping and crashing through one of the large windows. Nothing was gonna get in my way, not today. Screams erupted in the office building, many desks, chairs and computers with humans seated at them.

People looked at me with horror, but I didn't care. All i wanted, was to see the world. But I wondered if they had stairs? I quickly ran through the halls of the floor, ducking past humans who got in my way, or even jumping over them.

Soon i pushed through a door, which had stairs leading up and down. But then i heard horrible alarm sounds from all sides. It seems all the humans were being fully alerted now. Just great. All i wanted was to see the world and now i get this? Oh well, if i go down, I'll take it with style.

I ran up the stairs, sprinting as fast as i could. Soon the stairs ended, and inpushed through the last doors. I was now at the top of the building, and i grinned excitedly. I ran to the edge as fast as i could, but halted to a stop right before i would fall.

I stayed still as i gazed over the vast city, amazed by the sights that i could see. Buildings and more buildings stretched as far as the eye could see. It was magnificent.

I stayed in awe for a while, until loud chopping sounds came from the air and it broke my trance. Far away rose a large metal vehicle, but with circling wings? I had never seen anything like it, but I believe it was a helicopter like from my books. It was so amazing, i had almost forgotten that i was now in danger.

The helicopter was headed straight for the building i was on, and sirens screamed far below on the streets. It seemed like the whole police force was here, and humans from inside the building poored out from the doors and flooded into the street.

I wondered how i would escape this time. I had only managed to escape the hunters when i was four because my mother sacrificed herself so i could get away. But this time, no one was here to help me. "Well, it seems i got myself in quite the predicament, hmm" i said to myself outloud as I looked at my situation "just wonderful"
