Previously: Aadya and Elis arrive at Maya's apertment.....
Aadya walked up the stairs of the biggest apartment building she has ever seen. Elis followed quickly behind. Before Aadya could even raise her hand to knock a tall old man opened the door,
"Oh sorry we must have the wrong address. Do you know Maya Davis' address?" The man looked at Elis and rolled his eyes. "This is Miss Maya's residence. You must be Aadya Sallow, and other."
"Hey!!!" Elis was starting to lose his' temper. "If you were in a story you would be a side character!"
Aadya and the butler looked at him like he was insane.
"Aadya is that you?" Came a voice from behind the butler. The butler stepped to the side and there was Maya standing in a bath robe with her short red hair dripping wet.
Aadya stared at Maya and froze Ba-dum Ba-dum What the? What is that noise? It's not like I "like like" Maya! So why is this happening?
"You need to teach your butler some manners!" Elis said from behind Aadya who was still frozen. "Who are you and why are you bothering Jerry?" Maya said with her arms crossed. "Oh why I am Aadya's surprisingly good looking boyfriend." Elis introduced with his head held high.
At this Aadya unfroze. "No, no he's just someone I have to kill and we had a deal, ugh I don't even know why I agreed."
"Well don't just stand there come in and tell me everything!" Maya walked into the house leaving the butler sighing and leading the other guests inside.
"Let me just go change real quick I'll be right back!" Maya shouted already on her way up the stairs. The butler left Elis and Aadya to go prepare food in the kitchen.
"When you explained your friend I was expecting a quaint little apartment with like a vase of flowers in something." Elis said walking around. "Me too to be honest." Aadya messed with one of the paintings. "You know I could see us happily living together in a place like this." Elis taunted.
Aadya dropped the painting and the frame shattered. "Don't say things like that out of nowhere you jerk!" Aadya scolded trying to fix the frame.
Maya walked down the stairs in a tank top and some sweat pants. She immediately saw the shattered frame. "I literally left you for one second!" Aadya scratched the back of her head "Yeah sorry that was an accident."
And Aadya proceeded to catch Maya up on the story. If it was written down it would have probably lasted 5 parts.
"Wow that is a very interesting deal to make with a stranger." Maya said trying not to sound too mean or yell at Aadya for even saying yes to something like that.
"So, um we don't really have anywhere to go and we need a place to sleep and-" "And you want to stay here right?" Maya finished Aadya's sentence. "Pleaseeeeeee???" Aadya used her best puppy dog eyes.
"Fine but the third room is being renovated right now so we're going to have to share rooms."
"Oh that's easy! Me and Aadya will share a bed and you can sleep wherever." Elis said putting his arm around Aadya.
"ACTUALLY You and Jerry will be sharing a room," Maya pulled Aadya from Elis , "And me and Aadya will be sharing the other room." Maya pulled Aadya closer to her.
Aadya couldn't help smirk a little at the thought of sharing a room with Maya.
