He walked over
"Hey beautiful you ok." Kyoya says and you look over shocked
"Sorry just a stomach flu." You say and Kyoya hugs you and you hugged him back and felt so happy as you were in his arms you felt safe
"Stay in my arms y/n please." Kyoya says and you let out a sigh as you felt so safe like nothing can hurt you ever like nothing bad can happen to you
"I don't wanna leave." You say and Kyoya was trying to hold back tears as he held you in his arms
*I love her so much and she's dying I don't wanna lose her so I'm gonna have to confess my feelings to her soon, if she's dying I wanna be with her until she leaves* Kyoya thinks as he knew soon he'd confess and hope you accept and be his girlfriend he will also have to confess he knows that your dying

Kyoya was with you at school and you were leaning your head on his shoulder as he held your hand he smiled at you as you were so tired you just wanted to close your eyes and lean on him
"If your tired sleep idiot." Kyoya says trying to pretend he doesn't know the real reason your tired
He wanted to cry so badly he wanted to hold you and say everything is ok
But he doesn't even want to lie to you he's seen your records and he doesn't know if everything will be ok
