"What's up?" He asks and you sighs again
And now he looked worried
"Oh no two sighs this is serious." Kyoya says and you nod
"Um Kyoya I can't stay forever." You say and he tilted his head confused even if he already knew why
"Yeah? Why? You can't be my friend forever? Look you know if you don't marry me I'll still be your friend." Kyoya says and you shake your head
"I'm dying!" You say and Kyoya nods
"Yeah I know, I just waited until you told me when I first saw you at the hospital I looked up why you were there, I've known for awhile y/n." Kyoya says and you hug him and he hugs you back
"I—" you start but Kyoya shushes you
"No you didn't need to protect me from this, it would have hurt but I wanna know what's going on with you! I wanna know how I can help you! Because I love you so you understand me! I love you and your stupid clumsy self." Kyoya says and you smile
"Kyoya I love you too just you deserve someone who you could actually marry one day." You say and Kyoya shakes his head
"No I want you." Kyoya says and then he pulls you into a kiss and you kiss him back as he holds you tightly and close to him
"You really want someone who's dying." You say and Kyoya nods
"But who said your gonna die? There's ways to treat to this! Your gonna live your gonna stay with me! We're gonna get married and have a family, we're gonna grow old together once you're treated and better." Kyoya says and you smile
"I'd like that Kyoya I'd really like that." You say and he kisses the top of your head
