You were at a doctors appointment and you see Kyoya at the hospital and he looks over and sees you and you quickly hide but it was too late he walked over
"Y/n are you ok?" He asks and your mother looked shocked you didn't tell Kyoya?
"Uh y-yeah perfectly fine." You say and your mother shakes her head not happy that your lying to your best friend
The doctor comes and says to follow them and you grab your mothers hand and she walks off with you and Kyoya wanted to be there for you but until you tell him he's gonna play dumb
Kyoya couldn't stop a few tears roll down his cheek
*I don't wanna lose her I haven't even told her I love her, I need to do it soon but I keep getting scared and I then start speaking gibberish* Kyoya thinks as he ran to a bathroom and then stayed in there as he cried

Kyoya stayed until your appointment was over
"Hey y/n so you wanna hangout today." Kyoya asks and you nod
"I'd like that." You say and your mom nods
"First she should rest she can text you after a nice nap." Your mom says and Kyoya nods
"Awesome see you later." Kyoya says and your mom looks at you sad
"I can't tell him mom it's gonna hurt me too badly I can't." You say and your mom sighs
"It's gonna hurt more if you don't make it and I have to randomly tell him it of nowhere for him that your dead!" Your mom says and you let out a sigh
*I know I should tell Kyoya just I love him too much to break his heart I can't do it! I know I have to but it's gonna be so difficult*
