Time passed and Kyoya had to watch as you got sicker and sicker and it wasn't the morning sickness

You ended up not able to leave your bed by 5 months

Kyoya tried to act like he was holding everything together but when he wasn't around you he was balling his eyes out

You had gotten out of bed one morning and Kyoya woke up to seeing you trying to get up he immediately rushed to you and picked you up

"Y/n please don't your so weak already you need to save your strength." Kyoya says and you nod

"Sorry didn't wanna wake you up." You say and Kyoya nods

"I don't care about being woken up I just care your not straining yourself ok?" Kyoya says and you nod as he lays you back down "Rest y/n I'll go get you some breakfast." Kyoya says kissing your forehead and you smile as you lay your head down so tired and Kyoya was worried what if you don't make it? No you will you will make it you won't die you won't 'I won't lose my sunshine I won't I know I won't.'

|4 months later|

You were close to your due date and you were so sick you had to wear wigs again because your hair fell out

You couldn't even leave your bed anymore

"Y/n I brought you your lunch." Kyoya says and you smile as you slowly sit up but that tired you out so Kyoya sets down the food and helps you "look let me ok?" He says and you nod and lean on him

"I'm sorry." You say and Kyoya kisses your baby bump

"Everything will be fine I promise." Kyoya says and you nod

Kyoya kisses your forehead and then feeds you your food

|A few weeks later|

You woke up in the middle of the night to your water breaking and you quickly wake up Kyoya who carried you to the car and thankfully his mother has been staying over since last week to help Kyoya take care of the kids as he takes care of you

Kyoya gets you to the hospital his family owns and you were immediately taken in and they were taking special care of you

|Later|

You were pushing as Kyoya holds your hand

"I don't think she can do this she's too weak." Kyoya says as you were so drugged up on drugs you barely knew where you were

Doctors and nurses were trying everything to make sure it's an easy birth for you

And after one more push a little baby girl was born and Kyoya smiles

"Ok she did it now can we get her into treatment now please." Kyoya says so worried because you could barely move now

The baby was placed on top of you and you smile

"She's so beautiful." You say and Kyoya nods

"Yes she is just like you Sunshine." Kyoya says and you smile at him and kiss him and he kisses you back as you kiss the baby's forehead

"I'm so tired." You say and Kyoya nods

"Yes just rest you'll be ok." Kyoya says and you smile

"What if I'm not." You say and Kyoya shakes his head as you put a hand on his cheek

"You will be." He says and you smile

"Kyoya I love you so much." You say as you then close your eyes and machines start beeping and kyoyas eyes widen

"No y/n don't no don't leave me!" He says as doctors and nurses take the baby off you and try and help you

Kyoya was handed his daughter as a nurse tells him to wait outside and he shouldn't watch this but he refused

"If she's dying I have to stay right beside her." Kyoya says as wouldn't leave the room he can't leave you 'Please universe god whatever is out there please don't take my sunshine away.'

|a day later|

The doctors and nurses had revived you and started treatment for you but you didn't make it over night and died in the middle of the night

There was nothing they could do to help you or save you

When Kyoya was told as he was holding his baby daughter in the nursery in the hospital, he just sat there in silence no tears nothing just sitting there not wanting to believe his wife is gone 'I always knew one day I'd lose her just never thought it would be this soon.' Kyoya thinks as he looks at his daughter and smiles 'I'm so upset I wanna cry but I have our daughter and children to take care of I have to be strong right now for them.' Kyoya thinks as his mom walks in with moonlight and ayato

Kyoya couldn't hold his tears in  anymore and they started to roll down his cheeks

"Where's mom?" Moonlight asks and Kyoya didn't know what to say as moonlight kisses her baby sisters forehead

"Mom didn't make it moonlight." Kyoya says and moonlight stopped as she didn't look like she believed it

Kyoya puts the baby down and hugs ayato and moonlight tightly

"It's gonna be ok I promise because we're always gonna be a family mom may not be physically with us anymore but she'll always be in our hearts, she gave up her life for your baby sister so come and meet her." Kyoya says wiping moonlights and ayatos tears away as well as his 'I'll always love you my sunshine.'

"So now you know everything about your mother did you like the story my little Angel?" I say and y/n smiles and nods

"Yes dad I did it was sad tho." She says and I nod

"Some stories are sad but that doesn't mean it isn't a happy ending because I have you and your siblings and you all make me happy." I say and y/n smiles and kisses my cheek she was so much like her mother "Ok now let's go outside and play ok? I'll play any game you want." I say and y/n nods as she jumps off my lap and runs outside almost tripping

I walk outside and smile as I look at the sky as y/n runs to the playground in the backyard yelling daddy! Daddy come on hurry up

"I'm coming." I say as I look back at the sky and smile even wider 'I think about you all day long my sunshine but I know no matter how much I think about you it won't bring you back I love you so much y/n I can't wait until I see you again one day.'
