"Can we get a dog?"Naveen randomly asked.We survived a night with her in our bed,now a nice talkative outing."No."I said.Two things that don't mix.Barking dogs and a infant.
Zayn pushed for one when Naveen was first born then realized how many hours of sleep we didn't get.

"Why?Pai has one."

"Because auntie Dani has more patience then mummy."Zayn said,I flicked his hand that was on my leg.

"Can we get an animal that is quite?"
All three of Amina turtles died at the same time.I was happy that she wants distort over it.Did cry for a little bit but frozen yogurt and a trip to the toy store made up for it.

"What should we get?"I asked.I have no problem with getting them an pet that doesn't make any noise.

"Turtles!"

Zayn laughed and I shook my head,
without Naveen seeing me."So are we going to the pet shop?"Zayn asked.

"Yes."Naveen spoke up first,"Pet shop babe."

I know we aren't leaving this place with dog or bird,so I might as well make my child happy for the day.
"Sure,why not."

"Can we get a fish too?"Now baby girl is pushing it.I'll be the one cleaning this turtle bowl,tank whatever it will be living in anyways.

"Baby steps Naveen,baby steps."She skipped her way over to Zayn.Who's sorting things out with store owner about these turtles.Four fucking turtles!

"Can we get a big bowl for them?They need a big house Mumma."

"They will need a big house since it's four of them."I said,rolling my eyes.

"Yay!"She stood between Zayn and Mark,that's what his name tag says.

"They swim too?"The littlest things excite Navi."Yeah."

"This is cool."She's like a kid in a candy store,except she's in a pet store.

"Alright let's get you all ringed up here."I quickly grabbed Naveen's hand before she tried to run off.Again.
Standing next to Zayn,while Naveen twirled herself around using my hand.

"If you don't mind me asking,how long have you two been together?"
Mark asked,he has to be in his early 60's.

"10 years."Zayn proudly answered.I smiled."Love is a beautiful thing."
Mark said,from what it looks like he is married."It definitely is."Zayn said,
leaning in to kiss my temple.

The door behind him opened and older lady walked out."Hi!"Navi stood on her tip toes,leaning on the glass counter.I took her hands off of it."Well hello gorgeous,what is your name?"

"Naveen.What's yours?"

"Anna.You are adorable."

Mrs.Anna pointed to her husband,he chuckled."You better take lessons from this little girl."Mark smiled setting the bags on the counter."How long have you two been together?"I asked.

"45 years."Mark said,"She's been through it all with me.Traveling to see me constantly even when she was pregnant.All of the negative bull-"He looked to Navi,who's playing with my furry ball key chain but also paying attention to what he was saying.

"Things that she had to deal with."I love hearing love stories.Sounds a bit corny but it's romantic.They've made it this far together.And Mark seems to be held over heels in love with his missus.
