Sunny Day, a sunny day for the fastest man alive, thought Barry Allen. Then he remembered, he had lost his speed and he wasn't fast anymore.
This thought haunted Barry. What if some Meta-Human decides to attack Central City?? Iris was still stuck in the Mirrorverse and he had no chance of rescuing her or getting his speed back. What else could be worse?? Oh yeah!!! GodSpeed was still hunting for Barry for God knows what reason.
So to sum it up, he had to free Iris, Camilla, Chief Singh from the Mirrorverse, defeat GodSpeed and get his speed back.
Not your favourite weekend plan.

Barry was walking back from CC Jitters when he felt that someone or something was following him. His CSI instincts took over and according to his footsteps he was 7 to 8 paces behind. Barry tried to find a shadow but couldn't find one. He was befuddled. It was taught to him that "Every solid matter had a shadow." So why didn't this person did??
Ever since his mom, Nora Allen had died, he had believed in the impossible and this man was sure to be a dangerous Meta-Human.
There were two options:- either fight him or run away. Barry had this small ego inside him saying, "I'm the Flash, I can't run away." Barry balled his fists and turned around. The sight that greeted him was bot pleasing at all. The man was tall, buff and had a certain grandeur. He was wearing a dark blue suit, the color of the stormy sky and an elegant walking stick.
The man reached upto him and Barry was about to punch him but then the guy's aura kicked in. He smelt of ozone, the thing before you feel when a lightning bolt hits. His eyes were electric blue with with little thunder and lightning zapping across his irises. Just by looking at him Barry's legs turned to jelly and the guy just growled, "Not so fast, SpeedBoy."

How did a random scary person knew he was the Flash?? Barry had one more option left and it wasn't very heroic:- run.
