You and Adam were at dinner at (favorite restaurant). Your favorite. He never fancied the place but loved seeing you smile. Comprise. As the both of you finished eating a waiter came up and took both of your plates.
"Dessert?" Adam asked.
"Only if you want some, i'm kinda full." You explained.
"We can share something." He suggested.
"That's a great idea." You praised.
After looking at the dessert menu you both decide to share a piece of cake. You order it and the waiter brings it out and you both start eating. Soon after there's only one bite left.
"You have it." Adam said, pushing the plate closer to you.
"I'm full." You said, pushing the plate back to him.
He was about to say something but you shot him 'that' look and he just laughed and ate it. You smiled again the waiter came and took the plate and put down the check. You went to grab it but he beat you too it.
"You are not paying." You said, dead serious.
"Oh, but i think i am." He said while pulling his wallet out.
"Give it to me." You whined and tried to grab the check but failed.
Adam just laughed and put down the money including tip.
"I hate you." You laughed not being able to say that seriously.
"Yeah sure you do." Adam laughed as well.
You both began to get up from your table and start walking out the door. You hadn't drove here, seeing as you were at your apartment, which was barely a block away. While walking the wind began to pick up, and you began to get chilly, seeing as though you were in a short dress. (i'll make the next reader a male.)

The sky turned grey and then ther was a clap of thunder. Then it started drizzling. You guys looked at each other and laughed.
"I think we're gonna get a little wet." Adam stated.
"Thank you, Captain Obvious." You joked.
The rain came down a little harder, both of you starting to get soaked.
"Normally, I don't mind the rain, but now i'm wet and i don't like it." You laughed.
"You're the one who wanted to walk." Adam nudged you.
"Yeah and now i get to spend more time with you." You flirt.
Once you got to the front of your apartment building, Adam grabbed your hand and spun you around. You started slow dancing while laughing.
"You know you're fucking gorgeous, right?" Adam asked.
"Now i do." You smiled while biting your lip as if you were embarrassed, but you were over joyed.
You loved spending time with Adam and he was always busy. You didn't mind you were still out in the rain anymore. It felt comforting. Almost as if nothing even existed and it was all an illusion. As if time stopped.
You felt Adam's lips against yours and smiled. You kissed him back and there was another clap of thunder that pulled you two away from each other.
"Maybe we should go inside." Adam suggested.
"Maybe we should." You said as you opened the door to the apartment building.
