You walk into your high school. All eyes on you, as always. You were known as the 'crybaby'. You were super sensitive. Nothing to be ashamed of, but the kids at your school sure as hell made it something to be ashamed of.
You walked to your locker, head hung down low. Once you reached the locker you quickly unlocked it and started grabbing your books. Sucks for you that you weren't fast enough.
Your locker was slammed shut by the school's popular kids. You hated them with a burning passion.
"Look what we have here, boys." The 'leader' said.
"Aw, is little cry baby gonna cry again?" One of his posse said.
They continued to pick on you until there was a voice.
"Stop picking on him." The boy called out.
The boy just so happened to be Adam Rodriquez. One of the most popular guys. Everyone praised him wether he knew it or not.
The boys that were originally picking on you, left in a hurry. Adam made his way over to you and helped you with your books.
"They can be real jerks." Adam said, making conversation.
"Yeah, they can be." You agreed and scratched the back of your neck.
"Don't listen to them, they have no idea what they're talking about." Adam reassured.
You just nodded knowing that every single word that they said was one thousand percent true.
"Uh, so i was wondering if you wanted to come to my house after school?" Adam asked, actually losing the confidence he seemed to have.
You smiled ear to ear, back facing him.
"Uh, yeah i'd love to." You turned around.
"I'll wait for you out front, 3:45. Don't be late." He winked and went off to class.
"3:45. Don't be late." You thought to yourself and made your way to your first class.
