Ship: Analogical

TW: A bit of cursing, a pining Logan, and a very oblivious Virgil, gay panic attack

I completely forgot to post this, I wrote it in like, November?

Anygay, I read it over and it sucked but you can read it if you want.

Why did he have to be here?

During my shift?

Was the manager trying to kill me?

I wouldn't be surprised. That seems like something Roman would do.

"Salutations Virgil."

He grabbed his apron off the hook, "Sup."

"Since that word technically means 'what is up' I believe that the correct answer is the sky."

"Dude, shut up or I'll make you."

I immediately closed my mouth. He did not realize how hot-no, not hot. Virgil is my coworker, he sees me as that and nothing more than that. But I for some reason that fact doesn't stop my attraction to him.

Wait, he was saying something, dammit. "What?"

"I said, you okay dude?"

"Umm, I'm f-fine I guess." I rubbed the back of my neck.

"Okay" He clearly didn't believe me.

"Really, I'm fine."

He just shook his head, "If you say so."

He then went to the back to get the cups.

"You've got it bad dude."

I jumped at the familiar voice.

"Oh. Salutations Thomas. What would you like today?"

"The usual."

"Already done." Another voice from behind me said. Virgil was holding Thomas's order in one hand and a stack of coffee cups in the other.

I grabbed the order from Virgil and handed it to Thomas. He paid and walked to his usual table.

The cafe seemed to fill a little slower than usual, so Virgil took a turn at the cash register. I tried to get him to stay in the back because of his social anxiety, but he just waved me off.

When Thomas got up, he waved me over.

Curious as to what he would chat about with me this time, I went over.

"Yes? What do you need?"

"I need you to get you Virgil's number."

"Thomas, no."

"Thomas, yes." Seriously? Him too?

"Roman, you need to stop with trying to get me to get a date with the most beau-." I cut myself off. They would blackmail me with this if I continued.

Roman and Thomas were already turned to each other, probably planning a way for Virgil and me to get together.

I turned to go back to the counter and saw Virgil being attacked by what he calls a 'Karen'. Iturned to Roman since he is the manager, but he was very busy planning.

Well, it's my turn anyway.

"Ma'am. If you would please calm down, we could have a civil conversation with one another."

"This young man right here is-"

I listened to her argument and showed her the flaws in it. I then sent her on her way out the door.
