You sigh, giggling a little bit when ashley kisses your neck softly, while rubbing your baby bump gently.

"i love you, and our little nugget" she whispers into your ear, making your grin as she kisses you sweetly. "i love you too ash" you tell her and she bites her bottom lip happily.

"i hate to ruin this, but i have a meeting i have to get to"

you frown as you watch your wife climb out of bed and grab some pants, seeing as she was only in an oversized shirt and underwear.

She slips on some black sweatpants, leaning over to kiss you one more time before she leaves.

You go to kiss her back, but before your lips can meet hers, you gasp, jerking your head away from hers making her jump.

"what? oh my god, y/n are you ok? is it the baby? are they ok? oh god do i need to call the hos-"

you cut her off, laughing slightly at how she was panicking.

"no, im fine, the baby just kicked for the first time" you tell her, making her hazel eyes widen in love and amazement.

"oh my god, really?" you nod, smiling when she puts her hand over your stomach.

The baby seems to react immediately, kicking twice in a row making ashley gasp before letting out a small giggle.

"oh god, i love them so much" she whispers, tearing up a little making you coo.

"aw, baby dont cry." you tell her, wiping her tears away. she laughs a little before leaning up to kiss you- her lips actually meeting yours this time.

"you're amazing, and so is our baby" she whispers and you hum, not being able to agree more.
