Why does love have to be so cruel?
I love her,
Does she love me?
I want her,
Does she want me?
I want her with me,
I want us to be.
To be together,
Together forever.
But she doesn't feel the same,
She doesn't love me,
She doesn't want me.
How is it that when she's happy, I'm happy.
And when she's sad, I'm sad.
But when i love,
She doesn't love.
She's so sweet and gentle,
So kind and funny,
So pretty and smart.
She's lovely,
She's wonderful,
She's perfect,
So perfect it hurts.
When i think of her i cry,
I cry because i can't have her,
I cry because she doesn't love me,
I cry because she's perfect.
Why does love have to be so cruel?
Why does it have to make me cry?
Why can't it be a happy dream,
Where everything is so fun and great,
So happy and perfect,
So lovely and wonderful.
