Nightmare ran towards Dream knealing beside him his tears ran down his face, blood poured out of Dream's chest he grabbed Nightmare's hand.
"Y-you p-promised"
He whimpered looking at his chest.
Nightmare lifted Dream onto his lap using the rest of his magic to heal Dream, the king walked up beside Dream tears also running down his face."I-I had t-to save y-you D-Dream..."
Dream looked up and smiled.
"C-can I be near t-the t-tree..."
He acted as if he was going to die, and that's where he wanted to die. But Nightmare nodded anyway placing Dream near the tree stump. Nightmare put his hand on Dream's chest he strained his magic trying to heal Dream, but it probably just made it worse. His magic was almost pure Negativity, soon Dream's chest started turning to stone Nightmare started sobbing more gripping Dream's hand. Dream smiled as his hole body turned to what seemed like stone. He had been completely consumed by Negativity. Nightmare leand back and sat in front of Dream tears still streaming down his face, the King sat beside Nightmare looking towards him with his sympathetic face.
"I'm sorry Asriel..."
Nightmare turned to face the king.
"I-I killed Morphine..."
Asriel hugged Nightmare.
"I'm not sure that was really her anymore..."
Asriel looked to the ground, Nightmare put his hand on Dream's chest. He started shaking.
What if I never see him again...?
Would anyone ever forgive me for what I did...?Nightmare's tears started turning into a black like tar, Asrial jumped back but Nightmare didn't seem to notice. The black like tar started spreading throughout Nightmare's body his right eye turned a teal color while his other eye was filled with the tar the Negitivity apple had fuelled Nightmare's Hate causing it to slowly consume him too. Nightmare shrieked in pain as the tar forced it's way over his body he had lost control. Asrial was at his side trying his best to help Nightmare from this unfamiliar substance. Nightmare started laughing, the same way he did before the battle, but his voice seemed to echo now. Asrial jumped back knowing whatever was happening it was already to late, Asrial ran as fast as he could he wasn't ready to give up on Nightmare but he didn't know how to fix this. Nightmare stood up as Negativity surrounded him Nightmare was trying to fight back but something else was in control, luckily Asrial was already out of his line of sight, he started walking in the direction of the village, but Nightmare forced his way back into control. It took a few hours to gain full control, but he still looked the same and he couldn't feel anything. Like emotional, the hate had some what removed some of his soul traits leaving him the way he was. Nightmare's book flew in front of him and opened to a page he thought it might've been his future self but it opened to a page with writing. That he could read, Nightmare grabbed the book and read the page shown in front he was shocked he could actually read it now but as he flicked through more pages he couldn't read it, it was only that small section about, Au's? Nightmare studied the pages for a small while, there was a part about traveling to different Au's. Nightmare looked around him than beside him, towards Dream. He didn't want to stay here he put the book in his jacket and tried the technique to open a portal to other Au's, he focused his magic on a place he had read in his book the 'Anti-Void' it sounded strange but he couldn't read any of the other writing he focused his teleportation magic on the that place and soon enough he opened a portal to it, he walked through it only to find a white blankness space with blue strings, attaching to souls...? He shivered and was about to turn back but the portal closed behind him. Nightmare sensed a strong feeling of Negitivity...? Because he could do that now...?
He heard a voice as if talking to someone, it paused and then replied to something but there was only one voice. Nightmare walked towards the voice, he felt a something wrap around him forcing him to stay him place.-Chapter 7 end
