Darshan paced in his studio, trying to plan his proposal for Paridhi. He wanted it to be special, something different, something that she would remember her entire life. He didn't mind if his relationship went public because he wasn't afraid of breakup issues. This wasn't casual dating, she was the One for him. He was never going to let her go, whatever it took. He knew he would have to do something special for her, but what? When Hardik arrived, Darshan told him about what had happened last night. "I always knew there was something between you two. I think I should start calling her bhabhi now." Darshan swatted at his friend playfully saying "Chup saale" and blushed at the thought that entered his mind. He then explained to Hardik about how he wanted to propose to her specially. Both of them sat debating over this issue when suddenly Hardik got an idea. "Darshan, just like how you told me about your feelings and everything that happened, don't you think Paridhi would have done the same with her best friend? She has a best friend called Preeti right? I think we should take her help. She will be able to tell exactly what would make Paridhi happy." He suggested and Darshan agreed. "Yes, you are right. Chalo, this proves that tere dimag me at least ek brain cell to hai." Darshan joked, making Hardik roll his eyes. "It was very funny." He said sarcastically, "Now, how do we contact Preeti?" Darshan leaned back into his chair, thinking. He definitely didn't have Preeti's number and he surely couldn't ask Paridhi for it. It would make her suspicious. "Instagram!" He exclaimed, making Hardik look at him in confusion. "Instagram? You are going to propose to her on Instagram?" He asked and Darshan shook his head. "Arre yaar, kuch bhi kya! We will contact Preeti on Instagram. Everyone has an Instagram account these days." "Tere pass uska Id hai kya?" Hardik asked Darshan and Darshan shook his head. "We can take it from Paridhi's account, but I don't have Paridhi's ID too. I never asked because waise bhi me kaha usko follow kar sakta hu? Mere following me jo bhi ladki hoti hai meri fangirls uss ladki ka jeena mushkil kar deti hai." Hardik nodded knowing what Darshan meant. "Mere pass hai ID, and I think I should try to contact her. If you DMed her, the first thing she would do is to tell Paridhi even before reading the message." Darshan agreed and Hardik set to work. He found out Preeti's account from Paridhi's following list, then messaged Preeti. She agreed to meet them the next evening wherever they wanted. Meanwhile, Paridhi who was done shopping called Darshan as she went home. "Hii, you had called?" She asked when Darshan received the call. "Ha jaan, I was missing you." Paridhi blushed. "I am missing you too." She said and Darshan had a big smile on his face. "Where are you? Done shopping?" "Yes, I am on my way home." Paridhi replied. "Ohh ok then. I have to go now, to meet someone. Talk to you later." Darshan said and hung up before Paridhi could say anything. She looked at her phone curiously. Maybe he had some work, she shrugged. She reached home and deposited all the shopping bags into her room before changing into a comfortable pair of shorts and a loose T-shirt. She was lying in bed, catching up on her mails when her doorbell rang. Her instinct told her that it was Darshan. She knew something had been fishy when he hung up on her so quickly. Smiling happily, she opened the door and the next moment she was being tightly hugged by her favorite person. "Hii jaan." Darshan whispered against her neck, breathing in her scent. Paridhi closed her eyes and just enjoyed the feeling of being in the arms of the man she loved. They pulled away after a few moments and looked into each other's eyes. Paridhi was the one to look away, blushing and bit her lip out of habit. She was immediately attacked by Darshan who just picked her up in his arms and kissed her passionately. "I had already warned you many times to not do that in front of me." Darshan said, his husky voice sending shivers down Paridhi's spine. Her face reddened and she ducked her head to hide her smile. They spent that evening in her bed, just cuddling with each other and talking. Paridhi had never been one to talk much, being an introvert and anxious person. But with Darshan, she could relax, be comfortable and talk whatever she wanted. Darshan loved to listen to her ramble about anything and everything. And whenever she ran out of confidence or had nothing to say, he would fill up the silence with his jokes and funny stories. "I have been you fan ever since Rawstar came out. One look at your cute chubby face and I was in love with you." Paridhi told him as she held his hand and stared at it like it was the most interesting thing in the world. Darshan chuckled, "Of course you fell in love with me. I was the most handsome and talented guy in that show." He announced proudly, but in a comical tone which made Paridhi laugh. "Self-obsessed bastard." She muttered under her breath to which Darshan gasped. "I heard that." He said narrowing his eyes at her. "Good to know that your ears are working." She replied and Darshan's eyes widened. "You..." He shifted and was suddenly hovering over her. "Kya bola? Self-obsessed?" Paridhi grinned at that. "Nahi to. Aap ke kan baj rahe honge shayad. Darshan kahi aap buddhe to nahi hone lage?" She joked and this made Darshan crack up. "But you fell in love with this Buddha." He said. "Are yaar, ye kya ho gaya. Kis buddhe se pala pada hai mera." Paridhi grinned wider, which made Darshan go "Accha ji?" Paridhi replied with a "Haan ji" and was immediately kissed by Darshan. "Godd you are so irresistible." Darshan groaned when he felt his jeans tighten again. Paridhi too felt his erection pressing in her thighs and her eyes widened. Darshan sat up and moved away from her, taking deep breaths. He ran a hand through his hair and rubbed his neck, which Paridhi found really attractive and now she felt herself getting aroused at this sight. "I think I should go now." Darshan muttered in a strained voice. Paridhi didn't want him to go, but she nodded, knowing that she wasn't ready for "that" yet.
