Mick's P.O.V.

Kat has been in extremely cranky moods lately. Since Vince is trying to get her off naps.

I heard her yell and something smash into the wall.

"Young lady we do not do that," Vince scolded.

She stuck her tongue out at him.

He looked pissed, but controlled his temper, and calmed his facial expression.

"Come on, time out," Vince took her hand.

"No!" she yelled and tried to pull away.

He used Nikki and Tommy's bed as a time out place.

"You can come out when you can behave," he said.

She screamed and Vince just shut the door.

He flopped on the couch, exhausted.

"I've never seen her act like that," he sighed.

"Uh oh. Teenage years aren't gonna be fun for you then," I said.

"Why isn't Nikki here?" Vince groaned.

"This is why naps are important," I said.

Vince just groaned in response.

Nikki and I are the only ones able to get Kat out of her moods, but Nikki and Tommy were on a date.

Katherine was out grocery shopping. She's usually pretty good at calming Kat down though.

After about thirty minutes, I followed Vince in there and Kat was asleep.

"Told you," I said.

"Shut up, Mick," he muttered, gently picking her up.

He didn't wake her. I think he was tired of her anger and fits.

We sat on the couch and he cradled her gently.

She smiled and cuddled into him.

He threw a blanket on her and kissed her softly.

"Here, can you take her? I'm gonna go start dinner," he handed her to me.

"Okay," I shrugged and held her like an infant.

After a few minutes she woke up and started crying.

Vince ran in and stood behind me.

She looked around and started bawling.

"What's wrong?" I asked soothingly and started rocking her.

"I wuh-want Nik-Nikki," she hiccuped.

"Baby, Nikki's not here right now," I said.

She cried into my shoulder.

Tommy walked through the door.

"Tommy, where's Nikki?" I sighed.

"I don't know," he sat down.

"What?" Vince asked.

"We broke up. I don't know," he rolled his eyes.

Kat started crying harder.

"What's wrong, butterfly?" Tommy took her from me.

She tried to get away from him.

"Why do you want Nikki so bad?" Vince asked.

"He's gonna die!" she exclaimed.

"How?" Tommy asked worried.

"Powdered sugar and shots," she whimpered.

"We'll go find him, keep Kat calm," I said as Tommy handed her to Vince.

Nikki's P.O.V.

I was wandering some beach.

I found a friend with some heroin and cocain. I was heading to his place.

"Hey, Nikki," he smiled.

"Sup?" I looked up at him.

"C'mon in," he opened the door wider for me.

I walked in and sat on his couch.

I pulled a wad of cash out of my wallet.

"This much?" he picked it up, "aren't you afraid of overdose?"

"Nah, I don't give a fuck," I shrugged.

"Okay," he sighed.

He laid out a bunch of blades, syringes, uncut cocain, speed tablets, acid, LSD, and heroin.

"Take as much as you want," he smiled.

"Okay," I shrugged.

After awhile I passed out on the couch.

Our manager, Mick, and Tommy were standing around me. I was sitting next to myself. I thought I was dead.

"Is he-" Tommy broke off.

He sounded like he was crying.

"Fucking idiot," our manager spit.

"Well Kat was right," Mick sighed.

Kat.

Her name was like air in my lungs.

Did she see this happening? Is she okay? What the fuck is going on?

Vince bust through the door holding her.

"Down," she said.

"No, baby," he said.

He sounded like he was crying.

"I want to see Nikki," she said.

"Baby he's-"

"Why are there two of him?" she cut Vince off.

"Huh?" everyone asked at once.

Vince let her down and she sat between me and my body.

She tried to poke me and her hand went through me. Then she poked my body.

She grabbed my physical hand and then took my hand. I had to just set it on hers.

"Sit up, silly," she giggled.

Next thing I knew I was in my physical body, and it hurt like hell.

"Aw fuck," I groaned.

"You're packing your ass up and going to rehab," our manager said.

"To hell I am," I muttered.

"You both need to learn nicer words," Kat scolded.

I looked over at all of them.

Tommy was crying, Vince looked amazed, Mick looked relieved, and Kat was hugging her knees to her chest smiling at me.
