Stiles parked his car outside an ice cream shop. Huh what are we doing here she wondered unless Stiles' house had magically turned into an ice cream shop within 2 hours. "I thought we'd grab some ice cream before we head back unless you don't want ice cream?" he asked her, but she gave him a nod in return. Of course, she loves ice cream. Who doesn't?

Hope walked across the street and felt Stiles hand lace with hers. She looked down at their hands then back at him where he gave her a cute smile. Why would he want to hold my hand she thought to herself because it didn't make any sense at all. She couldn't understand why he paid more attention to her than to Allison.

"What's your favorite flavor?" Stiles asked her and she said "Strawberry" Hope took a seat at one of the booths in the shop whilst Stiles ordered their ice cream. She scrolled through her Instagram page and noticed an old photo of Liam, Stiles, Scott and herself. She smiled at the photo remembering that moment. Stiles handed Hope her ice cream and held out his hand which she took. She gave him a confused look but let him take the lead "Let's go for a walk" he said where she nodded in return. Feeling Stiles' hand in hers made her feel nervous than she usually does around him.

"Can I ask you something?" she asked him "Of course" he answered. Hope took a deep breath before saying "What do you know about the supernatural?" she watched as Stiles' facial expression changed. He looked shocked as if she'd said something she shouldn't off "You mean the stories about the creatures in the night?'' he answered, and she nodded.

"I've read about them, but I do believe. What's got your mind on the topic?" he added "I heard my mother talking to Brandon about it. Jade's been filling her head about you guys being involved. That's not true is it? I mean you'd tell me if you were involved in some supernatural world right?" she asked, raising her eyebrow.

"Of course, I'd tell you. I'd never lie to you Hope but I can't tell you what I don't know" Hope watched as Stiles' eyes locked onto hers and she knew in this very moment that he was being truthful or so she thought. She didn't know why she had her doubt but the way Brandon spoke about the supernatural made her question what her mother said about her friends which obviously isn't true since Stiles just confirmed it for her.....but her gut told her something else.

Hope walked through Stiles' back door and quickly up his stairs so his father wouldn't see her. He'd tell her mother where she was otherwise and she couldn't have her knowing she was next door, she'd kill her. Stiles shut the door behind himself and took a seat on the edge of the bed "You take the bed....I'll sleep on the floor" he said as he grabbed a few pillows and a blanket from his closet "You don't have to sleep on the floor....I mean the beds big enough" she blurted out. Oh my god did I really say what I just said she thought to herself.

She felt like an idiot. She couldn't believe she just said that "That sounds worse than it did in my head. I didn't mean it like that" Hope said nervously "I know what you meant but I don't want to make you feel uncomfortable" he answered "You won't I promise" she answered. Stiles gave her a small smile throwing the blanket and pillows back into his closet. He moved the blanket from his bed to the side and climbed inside next to Hope. She felt the warmth from his body hit hers and she immediately felt safe.

She walked through the corridors of Beacon Hills High going over what happened last night. She slept in the same bed as Stiles. She woke up this morning with Stiles' arms wrapped around her. She couldn't stop thinking about it. She wanted more than just to be friends with Stiles. She needed a distraction, something or someone who would push Stiles out of her head.

That's when she had an idea. She remembered what Brett told her 'Don't pine over someone who doesn't want you' Should she actually consider going out with Kaleb. What's the worst that could happen? But Hope didn't trust him one bit, she didn't know if he was a good guy.
