Once the nurse left, Austin was the first one to come in.
He was wearing a white T-shirt, with black ripped skinny jeans, a leather jacket and some black combat boots.
It was pretty hot.
Wait...
No, no, no!
I can't talk to him!
I'm just a coward.
"Hey," he said.
...Hey?
"Hi."
"Oh, good. You're actually talking."
Okay, I'm just going to say it!
"Why did you send me those texts?!" I shouted.
Yep, I literally just shouted...in the hospital room.
If a patient walked by the door, they'd probably think I was crazy. Which isn't a lie. I'm definitely crazy.
"That's what I wanted to talk to you about," he said. "I didn't send them!"
"Then who the frickle frackle did?" I asked.
I don't normally swear, but once in a while I do.
"My friend."
"What the fruit loop?" I said. "Who would want to do that?"
"My friend, Andrew. He doesn't want me to date a freshman. I don't know why though. I mean, your so perfect for me. And I would never send you a text like that! I swear! I'm done with Andrew! He can go make out with a squirrel for all I care! Your my girlfriend and I never want to change that. You're amazing. Remember, you're beautiful. Every day, in every way. I love you, Ellie."
That was so sweet, but I can't believe that Andrew did that!
"Aww, I love you too, cupcake!" I said.
He chuckled, which made me smile.
He leaned in and hugged me. I hugged him back.
I love his hugs. They made me feel so safe and loved.
Which I don't feel very often.
"Where is Andrew now?" I asked, pulling away.
He ran his hand through his brown quiff.
I blushed.
"He's in the hospital, like you."
"What? Why? Wait, he's here?"
I started panicking.
What if he try's to hurt me or something?
"He's here because I beat him up." Austin said.
"Austin! You beat him up?"
I don't like violence very much.
"Yes."
"Why?" I asked.
"Because he deserved it! No one has any right to treat you like that."
That reminds me...
I should tell Austin about Kyle and I from Los Angeles.
But, he looks pretty stressed right now, I guess I'll just tell him later.
Then, the door opened.
"Ellie, your brothers would like to talk to you," the nurse said.
"Alright, well I'll talk to you later, okay?" Austin said.
