The bus is finally slowing down.

The bus stopped at another bus stop.

"We're here," the woman said.

I walked down the aisle behind the line of people.

"Thank you," I said to the bus driver.

"You're welcome, sweetie," she said.

I smiled and then got off the bus.

I recognized where I was.

Zach's neighborhood.

Okay, I'm only three neighborhood's away from mine! I mean--old one.

I slung my backpack over my shoulder and kept walking towards my old neighborhood.

I finally reached my neighborhood.

I walked up to my house.

I saw my all of my brothers except Daniel, in the living room.

Again, with that word 'living?'

I knocked on the front door. Jack opened the door. His expression was so sweet.

"Ellie! Your here!" He shouted.

He pulled me inside and then hugged me.

Noah and Max shot up from the couch and ran over to me.

They all hugged me.

It was pretty sweet.

But, no sign of Danny.

Oh no.

Am I too late?

"Guys, where's Daniel?" I asked.

"In his room," Noah said.

I started running up the stairs.

"Yeah, nice seeing you too!" Max shouted.

Once, I got to the top of the stairs, I ran into Daniel's room.

I didn't see him.

But, I heard sobbing.

It sounded like it was coming from the bathroom.

I opened the door.

My eyes widened.

No! No, no, no!

"Danny!"
