CHAPTER FIVE:
KIM SEOKJIN.

THEY WOKE UP buried under the morning sun with solo cups strewn about and lights infiltrating their eyes, the grass burning underneath their backs.

Namjoon's eyes were the first to flicker open. He only awoke because of the disturbance of rays of sunlight on his face and the overheated grass beneath him. It probably, also, had to do with the beads of sweat running all over his body.

He groaned and slowly sat up, rubbing at his brown eyes and arching his back until it released a series of satisfying pops. He ran a hand across his face and through his messy, greasy hair, hating everything about him that morning. He did not wake up on the right side of the bed. (Or, well, grass but that's not the point).

His yes flickered to the sweater clad, sleeping boy beside him and he watched as Seokjin's chest rose and fell, parted plump lips inhaling and exhaling air and deep brown hair matted to his face. He wondered just how the boy, who was in a sweater, was not sweating. But Namjoon, who was in a T-shirt felt like he was in a sauna.

"Hyung," he gently tapped the boys cheeks. "Jin? Jinnie? Jinnie hyung?" He continued, softly prodding at the boy's ribs and cheeks at the same time.

Seokjin groaned, eyes fluttering open painfully slow. Namjoon immediately brought both his hands to shield the sun from the boy's eyes. Seokjin looked at him in confusion before he fully awakened and registered what Namjoon was doing.

"Thanks," he smiled without showing teeth.

Namjoon nodded at him before standing up and offering him a hand. "Come on, let's go inside. Everyone must've left and we can both shower and change and then I can introduce you to my friends,"

Seokjin hummed before shaking his head. "I don't have any clothes here,"

Namjoon smiled. "It's okay. I'm here enough to have spare clothes I can lend you. I'm sure they'll fit. Also, there are unused toothbrushes in the cabinet in every bathroom so you don't have to worry about that, either,"

Seokjin muttered his thanks and they walked inside in silence (mostly because they both hadn't brushed their teeth). Inside was worse than the outside which was understandable and Namjoon groaned at the thought of having to help his friends clean up the mess when they all woke up.

He also groaned at the thought of helping all of them to the toilet to throw up the contents of yesterday. He was annoyed but he didn't mind. They were his friends, after all.

He quickly led Seokjin past the red solo cups, sprawled bodies of familiar faces and to the bathroom in the basement where nobody ever used. Namjoon claimed it after the first few times he hung out which Jimin. His left over clothes were still there so he handed Seokjin a large blue hoodie and comfortable black sweatpants along with a towel. While he grabbed his clothes and made his way upstairs into Jimin's room to shower.

Thankfully, it was empty and no one was naked.

A few minutes later, he and Seokjin met downstairs, both boys refreshed and feeling better. Namjoon led Seokjin to the kitchen to get something to drink whilst waiting for his friends to wake up, crave some advil and come down.

It took thirty minutes for everyone to wake up. It was late into the afternoon at a time that even Yoongi decided it was okay to wake up. They all came down in pairs and less that two minutes later, his large group of friends were in the kitchen scrambling for some pills to lessen their raging headaches. Seokjin giggled into Namjoon's side at their zombie like features. No one had the energy to make themselves look presentable other than he and Seokjin.
