My Second Pokemon Nuzlocke

The Castelia City Gym

As I get off of Roxie's stage, this man approaches me and tells to to follow him to Pokestar Studios.  Roxie and I leave and head in that direction.

They give me a tour of the studio and I'm then asked to watch a movie.  As I sit in my seat, I see Brycen-man appear on screen.  Forget Riolu-man, Brycen-Man is a hottie.  I'm head over heels for this masked man.

Turns out, Riolu-Man was played by Roxie's dad!  And he's terrible at acting!  He returns to just being a captain and I decide to become a movie star.  They force me to use a riolu, but that's okay.  I'll live.

I get to film with the hottie known as Brycen, and I do perfectly.  We finished filming and I head to the Theatre to watch my masterpiece.

It sucked.

After my wonderful move is finished, I begin heading towards Castelia City.  As I start to leave, I am stopped by a wall of Team Plasma Grunts.  I join Roxie an Hugh as they have a stand off with them.  They blab about some king that they follow, or followed, and then they battle me.  Coil just destroys them and we head onto Route 20 to track them down after they stole a pokemon.  I find them, beat them, and then I convince Roxie's dad to get us to Castelia City using his boat.

I get to the city and a clown gives me a bicycle.  Not even joking.  That how this game gave me the bike.  Through an actual clown.  So now I'm zooming through the city and I decided to try and get a new pokemon up north.  Bianca gives me a Dowsing MCHN and I will do absolutely nothing with it!

I'm on Route and I'm so excited to see what amazing pokemon I may find!  Maybe I'll get a darumaka again!  Maybe a sandile!  Who knows what I'll get!  I search the sand and I get...a...um...

Trubbish.  

I got a Trubbish.  

I name him Rubbish because gross.  Also, my cousin said to name it that.  Wait, never mind.  The group chat is saying Houg.  Oh?  Ghoug?  No H?  Oh, he's a Doctor?  

So Dr. Goug has joined my team!  I go to train him and Margaret actually evolves!  I'm genuinley surprised but very happy about it!  So Margaret is now a Leavanny!

I level up Dr. Goug enough and then head to the gym where I'm told that the gym leader is not there.  A girl named Iris appears and she and I went to a place to find him.  I won't lie, I forgot where because I played this part while I wasn't writing this stuff down so that's my fault.

Okay so where she's taking me... is the sewers.  That's where Burgh is.  

Gross.

Hugh runs up, I lie to him, and then he starts crying and runs into the sewer.  I follow him and, once he's stopped crying, we decide to start looking for Team Plasma together.  I also catch a Zubat!  His name is Rattata because I live for the confusion and because the other pokemon in the double battle was a Rattata so they were probably friends.

He's a timid bat.

We find two Team Plasma Grunts and we take them down with Hugh's Servine and Rattata!  Burgh then appears and Hugh gives me the HM Strength.  Hugh leaves and a man with weird blue hair appears.  He compliments my battling then leaves.  Wack man.

Time to grind until Rattata is on par with the rest of my team.

I leave the sewer and Iris tells me to battle the gym, as if that wasn't the plan from the start.  So I go to the Gym, get a fresh water from the entrance guy, and head into the web maze.

While battling Burgh's clowns, Rattata evolved into a Golbat!!  I gotta say that I love Rattata so much.  This is my first time using a zubat and I'm in love.

I arrive at Burgh's nest of art, and it's time to earn this badge.

He starts the battle with his Swadloon and I use Rattata.  They're at an equal level, however, Rattata defeats the swadloon with one swift wing attack.   His next pokemon is Dwebble.  I use Tarst to take advantage of the rock typing, and Dwebble goes down with three razor shell attacks.  It would have been two but Burgh used a hyper potion and it was dumb.

His last pokemon is his Leavanny, the ace of his team.   I send Rattata back out and he manages to cut straight through her with a single wing attack.

And just like that, Burgh looks us in the eye and hands us the Insect Badge.
