My Second Pokemon Nuzlocke

The Mistralton City Gym

Clay and I leave the Gym and he talks to Hugh for a bit.  Clay then tells us to come try the Pokemon World Tournament.  I'm gonna train before attempting this.

While training, I spoke to this little girl who gave me a Shiny Stone!  I did some research and, since Espresso has the ability Skill Link, I use the Shiny Stone on him and he evolved into a Cinccino!

I went to Chargestone Cave and forgot to catch the Joltick I found there, so we lost that encounter.  Although, Coil did end up evolving into a Magnezone so that's amazing!  Also, after hours of grinding, Dr. Goug also evolved into a Garbodor!  Our team is fully evolved and looking good.

After getting everyone to level 36, except Margaret who went to level 38 without me realizing, I head to the Pokemon World Tournament (PWT) and meet up with Hugh and Cayl.  Cheren is also there and I believe he's participating in the tourney.

When I go to register, I'm told that only three pokemon can enter.  I have to think carefully about my choice here.  I think the best decision is to register Tarst, Coil, and Rattata.

My first opponents is Hugh and I realize that I may have trained too hard for this since my pokemon are about ten levels above his.  I then face against Cheren and I beat him with ease.  All is going well.  I wait to hear who my next opponents and the name said isn't what I expected.

It's Colress.

He starts the battle with a Magneton, which is strong against Tarst and Rattata so it's up to Coil.   The Magneton paralyzes Coil but doesn't do much else before going down.  Coil then takes down Elgyem after hurting himself because someone confused him.  Colress's last pokemon is Klink which is defeated by Coil.  I picked a good team.

I leave the stage, am congratulated on my victory, and meet back up with the others.  Roxie joins us, says she wants to enter in a tournament, and then leaves.  Nice!

I leave the gym and Cheren talks about how much Hugh and I have grown since we challanged his gym in Aspertia City.  He gives me too much credit when my Pokemon are the true heroes.  Tarst, Margaret, Coil, Dr. Goug, Rattata, and Espresso have all been amazing and they deserve the credit for my progress.

We see a Team Plasma member run by and Hugh wants to go fight them but Colress says, "No don't do that.  You'll get hurt or something,"  That's not exactly what he said but it's close enough.

I follow Hugh and we find this huge ship at the docks.  The entrance is open so I assume that's them saying I'm allowed on board so I just walk on up that ramp and now I own this boat.  I don't make the rules, man.

Hugh, Cheren (Oh yeah he's here with us too), and I are ambushed by Team Plasma Grunts and they tell us that this ship is their hideout.  It's a stupid hideout but whatever.  It's mine now.

We defeat the Grunts and they're all shocked we won as if they don't realize that fighting an overleveled Samurott is not a good idea.

Hugh begins to interogate the grunts when a voice is heard.  A man named, Zinzolin appears and he has a big, stupid, purple coat.  Cheren gives him some sass and Zinzolin gets so made that he summons ninjas known as the Shadow Triad to kick us out an they do!  Hugh races off in anger and I head off too.  How dare they steal the boat I stole from them!

On my way to Mistralton City, Cheren takes me into a laboratory and talks to me about Global Warming and how everything is freezing and this is crazy.  He then gives me surf which means I can tell Tarst to lemme sail the seas on it's back.

I continue down the path towards Mistralton when I hear a strange noice.

"Kawbraa!"  It said.  A blue pokemon then hops down to me and then hops away.  Nice meeting you too.

I get through Chargestone Cavern and arrive safely at the next city where I meet Professor Juniper in person for the first time.  She gives me the Master Ball that I will probably never use.  I then meet the gym leader Skyla and she's cool.

I go to the gym, recieve some fresh water, and head towards Skyla.  I get through the fan powered maze and finally reach her.  Time to fight.

Skyla starts off the battle with Swoobat and I use Coil.  Coil takes it out with three electro balls.  Next is her Swanna which looks as if it's murder many pokemon.  Specifically ones named things like Pills Hoh, Gangrenous, Tae, and Daruk.  Coil uses Electro Ball and avenges everyone her Swanna has slain.  Her last Pokemon is Skarmory which can't hurt Coil so it's taken out quickly with a couple Electro Balls.

After beating Skyla, we are rewarded the Jet Badge.  Only two badges remain.
