Chapter 10

While I finished feeding the kids Alessandro packed clothes for the kids and put the car seats in his G-wagon.

Once we were both done we got the kids in the car and headed home. The kids were all able to fall asleep. Which left me and Alessandro to talk by me starting and saying "Al thank you so much for everything today I know you didn't have to do any of this but you chose to and you didn't get really mad when I told you the truth about what happened there I love you." "Oh bambina (baby girl) they're my family I do anything for family. And all of us love you. I can also guarantee that all of your brothers will love their niece and nephews." Hearing him say that calmed my nerves.

Once we arrived at home all the kids were sleeping and I didn't have any beds ready so I decided that Alessandro could take Clayton since he's the heaviest sleeper while I carry the other two to my room. Hoping that we didn't come across any of the others or that the kids didn't wake up crying. Halfway to my room I hear Xavier and Armando arguing. I heard Alessandro quietly curse. I speedily walked and made it to my room while Alessandro got caught by them still holding a sleeping Clayton.

Setting the two I had down on my bed with some pillows in between them I go and try to find Alessandro. Following the yelling I find all my brothers saying how irresponsible Alessandro is for getting someone pregnant. I love him even more for not saying anything. As I round the corner I see Alessandro still holding a sleeping Clayton while getting "the talk" he's the oldest even. A thought pops into my mind and I realize two things. One we need to tell Mikie about Martin and who ever killed him knew he was part of the mafia so one of the mafia has a mole.

Going up to the boys I tell Alessandro that he can tell them while I unpack their stuff. He nods and hands me Clayton. The other boys are confused. Of course they decide it's time to wake up and Clayton squirms a little and opens his eyes while Sarah starts crying and that leads to Carter crying as well. I don't know who I handed Clayton to but I ran to the other two kids. I had babysat for Marin for weeks at a time but the stress of my brothers was getting to me while dealing with that now I also have to worry about the triplets.

Getting to my room I first get Sarah and rock her a little to calm her and next for Carter I just mess with his hair. I hear an aww coming from the door way and I was shocked to see it was Xavier and he was also holding Clayton.

Sighing I knew it was time to tell the boys the truth. I took Clayton and told him to get Alessandro and bring him up here. When Al got upstairs he told me that they would love me and the kids and I already was strong.

Heading towards the living room I could hear the boys trying to figure out what was going on.

" there's more than one explanation"

"'She could have younger siblings"

"Maybe she lied about everything"

"Maybe Alessandro was a sugar daddy"

I stopped them right there by gagging. All eyes were on me. I took a breath and them started.
