The very first time Kiyoko met Rin was when he transferred to Australia for the swim team. Kiyoko sat adjacent go her friend Ashely, who was quite popular among the grade.
She was the complete opposite to her friend, she was rather silent, chose her words carefully, and didn't much care about the latest gossips and rumours.
Of course, they shared their similarities, both swimmers and met a long time ago, clothes, both outrageously beautiful for their age and placed them on top of the hierarchy.
"Hey, Ash," both turned to see Justin, a blonde, athletic and popular boy who was also part of the swim team, "Did you hear about the new kid? He's from Japan and came here for swimming. My parents are friends with his current caretakers,"
"Cool," Ashely giggled at her crush as Kiyoko stayed mute as per usual.
"Hey Coco aren't you half Japanese, do you speak it, maybe you can help him out! I would but I don't speak," Justin asked as she nodded.
"Hey, Justin, practice on Saturday. What about a race, loser buys chips," Ash said.
"You're on," he smirked as he swayed back in his chair as the teacher came in.
