Dear director, I am pleased to be informing you that I will like to accept your offer as a member of the Australian Olympic swim team. I will be visiting Australia tomorrow actually to visit family. I will like to make it clear that my swimming practices do not interfere with my daily and academic learning. I will also be visiting Japan sometime for family and friends in the years so I cannot confirm that I will be in all swimming championship races.
