“Oi! Get back here!” I shout.
Currently, I am chasing one of my friends around the classroom. They took my notebook and ran. I don't know why they did, but they did. And now they’ve headed out into the hallway. Wonderful.
My friend, Bong-su, looks back at me and laughs. Then he crashes into someone who just walked out of a classroom. Both of them fall to the floor. I wince and slow to a stop.
“That’s why you don’t take my notebook and run away.” I say, snatching my notebook from the ground. “Get up you idiot.” I hit his head once for good measure as he gets up.
Bongsu then turns to the girl he ran into and offers to help her up. Instead she stands up on her own and brushes off her pants.
“You know you aren’t supposed to run in the halls. Maybe this is why.” She looks annoyed.
I bow slightly. “I apologize for this idiot.” Then I turn to Bongsu. “Come on. We gotta get back to class.”
Before I go, I apologize once more to the girl glaring at Bongsu through her glasses.
