okay okay. let's start with the most obvious;
Other Gilbert, Salvatore, Forbes, Mikaelson stories....ugh, if you haven't read ones like these or TITLED like this then I have no idea how you call yourself a tvd fanatic. It's like a TRADITION to start with them when you join the fandom.
It's boring because it's just like copy-paste Caroline's personality and issues...nothing new.
Caroline is just an example here. My favourite kind of stories are the ones where the character is extremely new with their struggles, hobbies, etc...
