okay okay... let's just stay that I will try my very best to be fair here, given the fact that I just HATE damon salvatore... and when I say try then I mean it definitely won't work. so if you are a fan of his and get offended easily then there's the door to keep your feelings intact.
i. he is a perv. we have all seen season one where he was all like "seen elena, in her pesky little shorts,".... He is like 25 and she is 17 so total pedophile.
ii. he manipulated caroline way too many times, convinced her that she was shallow and worthless. honestly, caroline forgiving him at the end of it just proves that she is the kindest in the entire tvd verse.
iii. now I have heard that when people know that they are in a toxic relationship they try to walk away from it... he, however, knew that but what did that lead to? break up sex. like don't even get me started on the delena shit.
ix. he is genuinely not a good or better man. a good person isn't just good for someone, they are good for themselves. so he says he wants to be good for elena, if he and elena fought? "let's murder some people so I will force her to get back with me." this is such a shitty relationship.
x. his relationships or ships throughout the show are literally all sex based; delena, rose and damon, daroline (idk how people shit this when he FUCKING manipulated her), dabekah (just no.), and lastly bamon... special thing about this is there was no sex so at least he had done when genuinely good thing or at least Julie does. I mean the only good thing I can remember Damon for is his and Bonnie's well developed friendship.
xi. can we just speak of how selfish he is? stefan could respect damon and elena's relationship when damon was just too much, he kept persuading elena, getting under her skin. what kind of good person does that? I do know that no vampire is genuinely good but we can just address the fact that at least stefan knew what space means.
xii. respecting decisions. he sucks at that too, he always thought that elena is better off with HIS choices when she would never be if Matt had died instead of her then she would have never forgave him and he can't that tiny fact through his thick head.

I know there's a lot more to say but I just feel done for the day... so umm that would be it. sorry for damon stans... he is too overrated for absolutely nothing.
