-They help you shift! Be careful which subliminals you use though because some subliminals are very powerful and can be very draining.

-Youtube! Also depending on where you want to shift, there are videos for certain DRs(there are A LOT for Harry Potter/Hogwarts)
Do I have to use them?
-No, but they are recommended. If you do use them, use them in combination with other methods.
