Accelerated healing, both a blessing and a curse. Sure, the quick healing help with cuts and broken bones, but when one wishes to dedicate their day to forget, it's a curse. Finn could drink an entire bar, yet the effects never lasted.

Of course, alcohol isn't the only way to distract oneself from unwanted thoughts. Finn remembers hearing about blood highs from his brothers, particularly Klaus and Kol. However, drinking excessive amounts of blood didn't sit well with him.

"This is the last of it, pal," The compelled bartender says, pouring Finn's final drink. Sighing, Finn swirls the drink in the glass. He has been spending all morning ridding the bar of their alcohol, yet he could already feel his healing clearing the haze.

"Where can a man find more?" Finn asks, lifting his gaze from the glass to the bartender.

"There's a liquor store down the street... If they don't have enough for you, you're out of luck, man," Finn drowns the last of his drink and stands up.

"Thank you," Finn says politely. "Enjoy the rest of your day. I do apologize for the trouble you will have from your superior," Finn says, swaying slightly. The bartender raises an eyebrow, but Finn doesn't say anymore.

The eldest Mikaelson walks towards the exit. He stands there for a moment, watching life pass by in front of him. He watches the cars drive down the street and the humans talking rather brashly. To say that he understood the world around him would be stating a lie.

Shuffling into the crowd, Finn walks down the sidewalk. His eyes scan the buildings looking for the liquor store. The buzz he had acquired is already fading away, and with it comes the rather loud thoughts he wished would disappear.

"Hello, Finn," Klaus says, coming up to the side of his brother. Finn instantly rolls his eyes, not remotely surprised he had been found. Klaus crinkles his nose smelling the alcohol.

"Hello, Niklaus. I have nothing to say to you," Finn comments, walking down the street. The need to get away from his brother overpowers his desire to find the liquor store.

"Well, I'm not here to chat. I will ask you one time, though, where's our mother?" Klaus wonders.

"Gone to find another way to end our abominable lives," Finn smirks slightly. "And when she does, I will sacrifice myself all over again," Finn says, glancing towards him.

"Well, how fortunate that I found you; I require your assistance,"

"I have no wish to help you, only to see you dead," Finn growls bitterly.

"Right, well, that's the thing; you see, you won't be able to see me, dead, because if I die, then you die. So, wish unfulfilled, I'm afraid." Klaus jests annoyingly. Finn growls under his breath, turning his head to glare at his brother.

"Oh, bother someone else with your hollowed charms, Niklaus," Finn growls.

"Why? Why not come bother my big brother?-"

"We are not brothers," Finn snapped, turning to Klaus. The hybrid stumbles back as Finn unexpectedly shoves him. "We haven't been brothers for a long time, if ever," Finn snarls. "So, why don't you save the brotherly talk for Elijah," Finn glares at the hybrid for another moment before continuing down the street. Klaus stills for a moment before jogging to catch up with him.

"Regardless of how we label our relation, it doesn't change the fact that I need you to come back to Mystic Falls with me," Klaus says, matching Finn's pace. "I have a witch there who can help undo Esther's spell that linked us together,"

"I have no wish to be unlinked," Finn tells him. Klaus steps in front of his brother and forces him to stop walking.

"Again, with the wishes," Klaus smirks. "Let me rephrase, you will come back with me, or I will put you back in that coffin in which you rotted for 900 years," Anger flares through Finn.
