First Love

Next Day 

"Good morning, Alex!" Vince greeted as soon as he spotted Alex entering the school gates. "Hey, guys!" Alex greeted back with a smile. 

"So, have you figured out how would you approach Toni?" Alex asked Steven as they followed her to where her locker was located. 

There were a few seconds of silence when Alex stopped walking and faced the three boys whose heads were down. Alex sighed and facepalmed. 

"After the first period, I'll give you a list of what you can do," Alex said with a sigh as she continued to walk. The three boys looked at each other and smiled. 

"Don't you know how to make friends?" Alex asked Steven as she arrived at her locker. "I do, but you know.. it's Toni.." Steven sheepishly said as he rubbed his nape, looking embarrassed. 

Alex sighed once again. "Don't worry, Alex. We'd help you with this dude" Josh said as he nudged Steven's shoulders. "Oh, Toni's here!" Alex said as soon as she saw her best friend. She waved goodbye at the three boys and rushed over to Toni, who was smiling at the four of them.

Josh and Vince smiled back and waved while Steven just waved and smiled shyly.

After the first period 

"Can you wait for me? I won't take long, I just need to give something to some kids" Alex told Toni as their first period ended. "Kids?" Toni asked as she stood up. 

Alex just nodded and pointed at the three boys who were bickering outside their room. Toni looked over to where Alex was pointing at and once she saw the three boys, she smiled and nodded. When Toni nodded, Alex rushed outside their room. 

"Okay. Here's the list. If you have any questions, just message me" Alex quickly said as she gave the list to the boys which Steven received. Alex smiled at them sweetly — to which Josh was drawn to — and left with Toni. 

When Alex and Toni left, they looked at the list that Alex gave. "Dude, you won't be needing our help, It's so easy! You don't even need a list" Vince exclaimed and Josh agreed. "Good luck though" Josh said and patted Steven's back. 

After Class

"See you tomorrow, dude" Vince bid goodbye to Steven as he was about to part ways with him. "Just call us or Alex whenever you need to" Josh said before walking his way home with Vince.

When Steven had arrived at his apartment, he threw himself onto his sofa and breathed. 

After a while, he decided to eat, wash up, and go to bed early.

He took the list Alex gave him and read it once again. 

He groaned as he thought about how and where would he start.

'Maybe I should ask them tomorrow..' he thought and got his phone from the small table. 

Next Day

"So?" Alex asked as soon as she met the three boys. Everyone looked at Steven, waiting for any news from him. 

"I honestly don't know where to start" Steven confessed and rubbed the back of his head. 

His friends sighed. 

"Wow," Alex expressed and snatch the list from Steven's hand. "Let's start with the waving part." Alex told them as she read the list. "Now." Alex uttered with a smile and nudged Steven's shoulder. "Hey, Toni!! Good morning!!" Alex greeted and ran towards her friend. Josh, Vince, and Alex looked at Steven, waiting for him to do the first step. Steven awkwardly lifted his hand and waved, not looking at Toni.
