Palm fruit juice
Afang (shredd)
Meat ( cut into desired sizes)
Cow skin (cut into desired sizes)
Pepper
Crayfish
Onions
Salt
Seasoning cube
Uyayak
Periwinkle
Stockfish
Dried fish

1: season the meat and boil until it is soft with about two cups of stock

2: add the palm fruit juice to the meat and stocks

3: cook for about 20 minutes or until it starts to thicken

4: Add the periwinkles , pepper, crayfish ,onions and seasoning cubes

5: Cook for another ten minutes

6: Add the shredded afang leaves and the uyayak

7: add salt to taste

8: serve with desired swallow
