Dedicated to melissaxx5 for her constant support and original comments <33 Also, so, I've hardly had time to write (thankfully, I have a few chapters saved up but I'm running low haha) so it might be a week or two before I update again. Thank you for your patience and I hope you stick with me :)

"Who's sweatshirt do you keep wearing?" Luke mumbled quietly, kicking himself for asking such a question. His icy blue eyes had warily inspected the large black hoodie that enveloped Alina's petite body back at the apartment, keeping his nerves and stupidly suspicious thoughts buried deep for a few hours.
However, now in the mall, he couldn't help himself from picking up a shovel and digging up the preserved remnants of his amorphous, nebulous jealousy. Like most, his rationality was blurred by the insecurity festering in the pit of his aching stomach.
The dirty blond didn't know how she perceived their relationship, but he didn't just see her as the girl he's kissed once or twice. He was ready to overcome his internal struggles, he was ready to give his all. But does Alina think of me as a b-boyfriend?
"Keep wearing?" Alina inquired, the flashing lights of a vendor's cart illuminating the oblivious innocence in her greenish-blue eyes. She found the question a bit out of place but didn't judge it as her queries were often just as random.
An awkward chuckle left Luke's bright red lips — he'd been nibbling them nervously as he awaited her answer — and he acted entranced by the gadgets hung on the small stops in the middle of the wall's walkway. "Yeah, um, you wore it that one time I came with the soup. Remember?"
"So?" The girl furrowed her eyebrows, thinking he was criticizing her for sporting the same outfit too often.
Luke shrugged, "Just wondering who's it is. It's obviously too big to be yours." Despite his attempt to appear nonchalant and unaffected, his tense posture and the bitterness in his gruff voice gave him away.
A smirk widened across her lips as she finally realized what was bothering him. He's so stupid, Alina giggled with a shake of her head. Recognizing that the boy was probably confused as to why she was smiling to herself, the small girl admitted, barely holding in her laughter, "It's Ariana's. She left it at my apartment and told me to just keep it when I told her."
A sweet blush painted his cheeks just as the first burst of color of the sun in the wide, lustrous welkin painted cream sheets in the morning. He began to babble nonsensically, "Oh, oops...uh- haha." Thank God, Luke sighed when the store came into view, sturdy mannequins displaying various, yet all fine and fancy suits and tuxedos.
Enjoying this moment of sudden power, Alina teased while bumping her hip into his, scratch that, his upper thigh, "Should I be rocking your hoodie?" They entered the store, immediately being overwhelmed by the strong scent of husky, earthy cologne.
"Now that you offer...yes," the dirty blond responded simply, letting his eyes travel before winking at the abashed girl. Her shyness towards his flirty behavior always brought him satisfaction as he knew that each and every day he'd strive to show her how beautiful and worthy she is.
Both pulled their eyes away from each other as an employee greeted them robotically, slapping a pleasant grin on his face, "Hello, let me know if you need any assistance in your search this afternoon." His curly black hair was slicked back with loads of gel, a couple of ringlets slipping out of line.
Thanking him, Luke began to admire the multiple suits that caught his eye, Alina trailing quietly after him. Navy was alright, but he thought black looked best on him, so he stuck to those. Picking a couple hung up on the metal racks, he said, "I'm going to try these on. Let me know what you think, yeah?"
