The apartment smelled of the flowers Misty had given you two as a honeymoon gift, The sun was shining on her sweet flushed pink skin, You lay on your side and Cordelia on her back. Her eyes were shut and her chest came up and down with each breath she took.
You could hear the cars pass softly in the background and a smile crept on your face as you looked at her. She wore her favorite white bra with the little pink flowers along it, and her matching underwear. Her hand rested on her stomach, wedding ring glinting in the sun.
