park sohwal's pov

"mira!" i hugged her really tight, i really missed her.

ever since she went to japan to take a break and let me take care of the bakery for a 3 years, it was really different without her around.

yes, 3 years has passed. me and hoshi are dating, though seventeen already disbanded this year.

we secretly dated for 3 years, luckily, there were scandals, but carats didn't really mind, they were all so chill and supportive.

even though one of the members is my boyfriend, which gives me access to able to communicate with the others, im still devastated.

i remember i was emotionally unstable for the whole month. even though hoshi was beside me comforting me, i was still bawling my eyes out while listening to smile flower. everything reminded me of them, i would cry outside, the toilet, park, everywhere!

woozi was still making music, the performance team would still choreograph some songs. the rap team and the vocal team would come along with them, they were still a team.

but the thing i miss the most is going seventeen. the iconic and chaotic scenes are gone. i get to see the chaotic scenes in real life, but it feels more special able to watch it with carats.

"it's nice being single!" mira exclaimed while showing me pictures of herself. they were all so pretty, the cherry blossoms, the scenery and mostly the food.

and yes, mira and felix broke up. felix was too busy and mira really misses him. until, now, however life goes on.

both of them understand, so there weren't any crying, mira was just hurt, like hoshi was when he kissed me.

"well it's nice having someone too," i teased her.

"yeah, yeah. whatever." she rolled her eyes. "i still hate you for keeping it a secret from me." she frowned.

"well the past is in the past! where are we going tonight? all malls are probably closed," i informed her.

"convenience store in hangang, let's go there," she said and i was confused.

"there's nothing good there," i told her but she shook her head.

"i missed korean convenience stores and plus isn't that where you worked?"

mira told me about japan, she was there for 3 years to find something she's interested in. it seems like she lost her passion for baking.

so now the bakery was in my whole hands. i still have passion for drawing of course, but that's my best friend's bakery.

i will do anything. the bakery gives me drawing ideas, so it was really ok for me taking care of it with hoshi. sometimes carats would even come by and take pictures.

"hey, isn't that hoshi?" she nudged my shoulder and pointed towards a man in a trench coat.

it was dark to see anyone since the lampposts were broken again, though the lights of the convenience store made the place a bit more brighter.

seriously, they should fix the lights properly.

"oh yeah..."

both of us walked towards hoshi. "what're you doing here?" i asked him.

"is that how you talk to your boyfriend?" mira playfully punched my shoulder.

hoshi looked at me with nothing but coldness. me and mira exchanged glances.

"i wanna talk," hoshi said in a cold tone. my heart was continuously hammering my chest.

"i-i'll go to the convenience store first." mira walked away leaving me and hoshi alone.

"are you having a bad day?" i tiptoed and tried to plant a kiss on his lips, but he avoided it.

"no."

"what do you wa-"

"i don't wanna be your boyfriend anymore."
