Light

So I wrote this before he announced his engagement so I think i'm psychic (I did change the slight end tho)

As Matt got ready to sing the next song, he thought about how much the words related to him. After praying and waiting since he was a teenager, he finally found the girl we would love forever. She was beautiful both inside and out. He had a special feeling about her ever since they met. She shared his love for his Lord. Matt knew that she was a God given gift for him. He doesn't remember ever being more grateful. Even if his singing career failed, he knew he would always be happy with her.

A light in the room

It was you who was standing there

Tried it was true

Until my glance met you're stare

I love you Sarah, he thought, I can't wait for forever.
