Pat

Arriving home earlier than usual, I invited Jisung to come in since he took me home again, now assuming this would be a routine. "You sure no one needs you there?"

"For the last time, Pat. We're done with our work, leaving us to have this free time." He told me as he slumped on the couch. "And Hyunjin's doing something that only the group knows."

"What kind of thing?" I asked curiously.

"As I said, only the group knows. It means, for a stay like you, it would be a surprise." He answered. I scoffed as I took a seat a meter apart from him. I turned my head to him, "Wanna play 20 questions?" "And ask me about what we're preparing? No thank you." He said.

"No. Actually. I want to know more about you." I said honestly.

The room went quiet. I looked down on my lap as I could feel him burning holes in my head. "Are you serious?" He asked, popping the silence. I nodded my head. Sighing in defeat, he moved closer to me, "Fine if that'll entertain me, why not?"

I raised my head as I smiled. "Okay. What if we add a twist in this game?"

"What kind of twist is that?"

"We'll both write the same question and we'll answer it without the other peeking at each other's paper. How's that?" I proposed. "Sounds like a plan to me." He said before I left to get some paper.

"You done?" He asked as he lay his head on the couch. "Not yet," I answered. Proceeding to the last question, it was as if the pen lost its ink as I read the question.

'What do you want to do with the person next to you?'

What do I want to do with him? I asked myself. Thinking for a while, the doorbell was heard in the whole apartment. "I'll get that," Jisung said as he left.

Now, in the room all by myself, a lightbulb seems to light on my head as I write my answer for the last question. Just in time for Leslie to be back. "What were you doing Oppa?" She asked. He shrugged, "Just a game Pat suggested." He turned to me. "What are we going to do with the answers?"

"Why don't you guys guess it every time you meet?" Leslie suggested. "Pat would guess your answer once you meet. Same as for you, Jisung Oppa."

"What do you think?" Jisung asked. I thought about it, "It would be interesting. We'll do it then."

Noticing it as something intriguing I turned to Jisung. "When are you free?" I asked him.

"Tomorrow." He replied.

"Same. We'll start it tomorrow then." I finalized as I stood up. "Have a good night everyone," I said before resigning for the day.

Stepping out of the practice room, I decided to head up to the rooftop to breathe fresh air when I saw Hyunjin. "Where are you heading?"

"Rooftop." I walked past him. "Let me go with you." He beamed, following behind. I smiled. We both traced the route to the rooftop in comfortable silence. Heading up, we heard a voice outside. Walking towards the door, we saw Jisung.

"What is he doing here?" I heard Hyunjin whisper, maybe probably to himself. We then both walked behind Han.

Come out tonight

Come out tonight

There's no one standing in your way

Still engrossed in singing, I covered his eyes before whispering the word 'guess'. "I know it's you, Pat." He answered. I chuckled before removing my hands. "You finished your practice?" He asked, not noticing Hyunjin. I nodded before taking a seat next to him.

"Oh. Hyunjin tagged along as well. While I was heading this way." I informed him as Hyunjin sat beside me. "I see," Han said before turning his attention to Hyunjin. "Are you done with Chan hyung's request?" He asked Hyunjin. Hyunjin only hummed in reply. "What's his request?" I joined their conversation.

"If we tell you, it'll spoil the surprise," Han replied. I pouted. They laughed at me before the phone rang. "Hello?" I heard Hyunjin's voice. Han And I looked at each other before we both looked at Hyunjin, who's on a call.

"Hyung, I told you that it wasn't included in the dance." He said, standing up from the bench. We followed our gaze to his leaving figure. "What is he talking about?" I asked curiously.

Han shrugged. We then heard a door was closed shut, probably Hyunjin left.

The atmosphere was silent. Only the horns of the cars and people withdrawing from their jobs can be heard. "What were you singing earlier?" I asked, popping the neverending bubble. He cleared his throat before looking back at me, "You don't know?"

"You were finishing the song when we came," I explained.

"Then guess it." He shrugged.

"Excuse me?"

"Guess. That'll be our question 1." He said. Confused, I looked at him, hoping to get an answer by just looking at him. "Oh. The 20 questions last night." I snapped, a lightbulb turning on my head. "You remembered." I continued.
