Naya stalks trough the woods kicking up snow, looking for Poncho. She has been looking for him for the past half hour, but still nothing. The hoof prints just goes on and on and on. Xander must have really scared him off. That prick.

Xander had answered the questions that Naya asked except for the last one where he left no comment so she took it as a yes. Some time during the walk Xander walked in front of Naya, saying that he can better protect her like that. She just rolled her eyes. She doesn't need protecting from a prince or did he forget that she almost threw him with a knife right between the eyes, even though it did not have a lot of force.

"You are not like the other girls... princesses," he corrected himself, "most of them would hate the idea of being outdoors, riding a horse, learning how to fight. And I am sure not a lot or maybe not even any of them can throw a knife. You of course need a little bit more practice, but at lest you can through one properly and will be able to protect yourself." he said. Most likely the nicest thing compliment he had given her the past week and said it gentler than his tone had been this entire time. Naya could feel a little blood run to her cheeks. She quite enjoyed Xander's company this past half hour.

Xander suddenly stopped stretching out a hand. Naya would have almost bumped into him if she wasn't paying attention to her surroundings. He retracts his hand and puts a finger to his lips, telling me to be quite, then pointing through the trees where a white stallion is grazing. She walks past Xander slowly to Poncho trying not to startle him.

"Hey boy," she says when she reaches him and leans down to take hold of the reigns. Poncho lifts his head and Naya strokes his nose. "Good boy." Xander comes and stands next to her and grins, his bright blue eyes lighting up a bit and she grins back. She walks to Poncho's side and mounts him. Xander giving her a leg up even though she does not need his help. She nods her thanks.

"You look like a boy who loves competition." She says with a wicked smile. "So I will see you back at the castle, waiting for you." Still holding the smile and challenge shining in her green eyes. Without a second thought she brings Poncho around and he starts galloping towards the castle. She looks behind her and can see Xander take to the sky with his gigantic Gryphon wings. She smiles up at him and looks ahead. Maybe these next few weeks won't be so bad.
