Estelle + Julia method (Explained separately first)

This is the method I use. First I will be explaining the two methods alone, then explain how I combine them. If you're not interested in this method, comment which methods you'd like me to explain if I haven't already posted them.

Estelle method:

*This is recommended as a sleeping method.

*Meditate for 5-15 minutes.

*When you feel that you are stress free and are calm, play your favorite song (or any song that you'd like because you will be imagining you and someone from your dr dancing to that song).

Suggested songs: Slow songs like "Photograph" by Ed Sheeran or "Rex Orange County" by Pluto Projector, slowed + reverb. If you're a big HP fan like me, another suggested song is "O' Children" by Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds.

*Lie down in a starfish position, make sure to get comfortable because you cannot move for the rest of the time.

*Imagine a person from you dr asking you for a dance, answer them.

*Imagine yourself dancing with them the whole song. You can even imagine them doing something silly, just imagine something realistic that they would do.

*When the song is done, imagine you guys hugging, then they take your hand and lead you to a door.

*Imagine them asking if you're ready to go into your dr, you answer and they will take you through a bright door. You will see a bright screen and feel like you're falling or get signs of shifting like twitching and numbness, but don't get scared. Just repeat affirmations and think of scenes from your dr.

*You will see a black screen again and once you feel like you're in your dr, you can open your eyes.

Julia method:

*This can be a sleeping method or not, it doesn't matter.

*Meditate for 5-15 minutes.

*Lie in a starfish position and slowly start to count to 100.

*After counting up 5 each, you will repeat affirmations. ("I have black hair in my dr...1, 2, 3, 4, 5", "I have blue eyes...6, 7, 8, 9, 10.") Remember to count really slowly, it'll help with imagining.

*Once you get to 100, you'll get signs of shifting. Numbness, headaches, twitching etc. Start to forget your cr and imagine yourself in your dr. Inhale your dr and exhale your cr. Imagine the temperature, the smell, the sight, the sounds, the feeling. Repeat positive affirmations and you can either fall asleep, or open your eyes when you feel that you're in your dr.

How I combined the methods:

It's not really complicated, so I basically did the Estelle method first and did the Julia method straight after it without moving. After doing the methods, I tried to fall asleep, repeating positive affirmations. (I am slumped when using these methods).
